The staff are amazing, very respectfully explains all procedures and answers every question. Wait time is 10-15 min, something as I walk in I may sit and before I can get comfortable I am called. I highly recommend Smile Design Dentistry.

I can't say enough wonderful things about everyone at Dental Discovery! From the first time I called, Adam was the sweetest, and so helpful. He knew I was having a lot of pain and he got me in to see the dentist a.s.a.p. Dr. Braun was on duty and he took excellent care of my infection. It required surgery and he was amazing! Everyone made me feel calm and took such good care of me. I now feel like part of the Dental Discovery Family. Dr. Julia is fantastic, and I am so happy to be a patient in her care. I highly recommend everyone in their office.

BE AWARE! my husband had a bad tooth infection and was in extreme pain this was the only dentist that was available that day so we went. When we realized they were in the process of changing their business name we were a little concerned but had no other choice. They took x-rays and said the tooth had to be extracted. They then quoted 700 dollars for the a single extraction we were surprised of the cost and refused. the nurse returned and said the doctor dropped it to 550, he said that he thought that was still pricey we requested a prescription for antibiotics to help the infection until we could see our normal dentist. The doctor herself came into the room and asked how much money we could pay for the extraction in a rude frustrated manner "how much money do you have " we explained that wasn't the point we just wasn't going to pay 550 to get a tooth pulled she then asked how much we thought is was worth to pull a tooth I said maybe 200 or 300 hundred dollars she laughed rudely and started that she wasn't going to do it for that price I said that was fine and requested a prescription for antibiotics again she reluctantly gave me the prescription. If you read this far then you truly care about your dental care so DON'T GO HERE!!!

Extremely poor service and lack of humanity and empathy. We are stuck here until my father completes his denture. I would not recommend them at all. They are super quick in asking for money upfront, but it has been now going on 4 months - 4 impressions and no end in site. The office response to our questions and complaints on delays are that they are too busy, have to much work, and blame the delays on the labs. Super unprofessional. Find another office.

I would just like to start out by saying I have never left a review about any business in my life but my experience with this business inspired a change. This is by far the worst dentist office I have ever been to. The worst doctor's office of any kind I have ever been to actually. Both visits it was 45 minutes to an hour after my appointment time before I was even seen. I then spent another 10 to 15 minutes once in the chair before anyone actually started the work. My first visit I was there an hour and a half and all they managed to accomplish was x rays. I thought maybe they were having a bad day and gave them a second shot, nope, wrong decision on my part. Today I was there for almost 2 hours for them to do 20 minutes of work. Staff is unprofessional and customer service is definitely not a priority. If you value your time and are seeking quality service do not go here. If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. Do not recommend.

Please do not go here. Came in as new patient with no pain issues, told I needed a filling. Dentist's hand slipped during procedure and now I still am unable to eat on the tooth and have pain after more than two months. Went back in twice to have them look at the tooth to see if there was an issue and dentist said I was insulting her and I shouldn't come back. Went to different dentist and it's been discovered I have a crack in this tooth. My entire experience at this office was negative so again, please do not go here.

At first when I started at this dentist I really liked it thought it was going to be a great place to go since the dentist I had before them put in bad fillings and also did fillings that I didn't need to have. I really liked Dr. Igor German he is very nice but his wife Julia is very pushy. The first time she did my crown she did not give the numbing shot to kick in and just started to drill I told her that I could fill it and she didn't believe me and got irritated with me. That should have been my first clue. I recently had a baby and I needed to go in for my 6 month check up I had to postpone it due to all the prenatal appointments but only by 2 months. I went in for my cleaning and they had to do another exam since it had been 2 years. Dr. Julia came in was pretty occupied with her personal call which I understand but when it came to giving me my exam she rushed through it and didn't not tell me everything that was wrong with me teeth all she told me was I am very worried about your teeth and if you keep going the way you are going they will fall out. The way she said it was very rude. I decided to get a second opinion I went somewhere else. Yes I did need some work done but not near as much work as what dental discovery was going to do. The new place smiles at Heathbrook was a lot nicer and really explained to me that when you are pregnant and breastfeeding it takes a toll on your teeth. Heathbrook is also going to do a more permanent fix than a temporary fix which would have cost more money in the long run. If you want someone who is blunt and impatient I would recommend dental discovery. I won't be going back.

Dr Julia German as much as people rave about, I wasn't impressed. She was pushy on the idea that I needed a cavity filling that very day when I asked for her to just do the impressions for the crowns. Not to much she came back to "check" the crowns once they were finished to grind down the porcelain crowns already made which I had no complications with. Now my crowns have no shape and very dull. She didn't seem to care what I had to say, as long as she got a pritty penny out of it. Wont return.

Get ready for a NOVEL on why getting my wisdom teeth removed from Dr. Igor German was the worst experience of my life. Mind you I am a young, 21-year-old girl writing a yelp review right now. I made an account JUST to write this review because this sits at the #1 worst procedure of my life (let the record reflect I have had numerous procedures on my head, chin, under-eye, arm, private area, and lip so I've been around the block when it comes to surgeries, anesthetics, and post-op care.) 1. They did not put me to sleep. They gave me a medication I picked up at a local pharmacy that was supposed to put me to sleep in which I would not be awake during this procedure. When the medication they gave me didn't work I should have trusted my gut and not gone through with the procedure. I felt incredibly uncomfortable with how they handled the reaction to the medication not working. Dr. Igor said it was unusual, didn't know why It wasn't working but was clearly in a rush to get the procedure done anyway. I trusted him because I had no idea that being awake during your wisdom teeth removal is a huge ~no~. 2. He did not put NEARLY enough novocaine in my mouth. When I tell you I was in dire pain I still have nightmares about it. "I" was the one who had to tell him several times that I was in excruciating pain. He never tested the area to make sure I was fully numb before operating. He injected the needles in my gums and within a minute was surgically cutting open the area. I would also like to note that he only put ONE injection of novocaine on each side before operating. From what I heard post-op, this is extremely unusual and it usually takes patients anywhere from three to four injections to be fully numb. He was still periodically putting novocaine in the mouth when the procedure was close to finished which should never have been the case. 3. I was hysterical crying the entire time. The nurse was literally wiping away my tears (not an exaggeration) instead of telling this man to literally STOP the procedure. I can't even begin to tell you how rough and uncaring Dr. Igor was being. He was hitting other teeth, being quick and abrasive, and flat-out rude. I asked him to please stop midway during the procedure because I couldn't bear the pain and he acted defensive instead of sympathetic. After the procedure was over the assistant nurse/doctor made a comment that I would never want to come back here again and Dr. Igor replied that he wouldn't remove my upper two wisdom teeth even if I wanted to come back. 4. They gave me no post-op supplies or instructions. I left this place with two gauzes in my mouth and that's it. No ice bag, no cleaning materials, no extra gauzes, no instructions, nothing. On top of that if things couldn't get worse -- not even a phone call. After talking to a plethora of family and friends who have gotten their wisdom teeth removed they were baffled when I told them I never received a phone call checking in to make sure everything was ok and I was feeling alright. Instead, 10 minutes into my car ride home I had to have my friend pull over on the side of the road so I could projectile vomit blood for several straight minutes because of how much blood I swallowed during the procedure. For three straight days after this procedure, I threw up in the trash can, in my toilet, in my kitchen sink, in the parking lot of Hobby Lobby, and the parking lot of Ulta. And after all of that (after drinking solely water and eating just jello & yogurt) I now have two dry sockets (open pathways to my jaw bone), 2 canker sores, an infection, and an incredibly painful mouth in which I have to go see an oral surgeon now. So I hope, if you are considering going to this dentist -- from the bottom of my heart -- do not.
