I made a new patient appointment asking to get x-rays and a cleaning. I waited for over 2 months for my appointment, when I came in I was told that this was my new patient appointment visit and it's only for a mandatory cancer screening and x-rays, both are not cover by the insurance. After this appointment, then you wait for another month to make a cleaning and regular x-ray appointment. This place is a joke! Talk about money grubben, and insurance fraud. Needless to say I walked. I left and went to FOXWOOD DENTAL, and it was amazing They did what I asked as in x-rays and cleaning. It's a brand new clinic, top notch. And the staff was absolutely amazing at Foxwood! Sorry smile design, you didn't give me anything to smile about. Your staff is rude also!

Had impressions made for dentures but went back to find my dentist had left practice. Was sent to another location in Belleview and told they couldn't finish them; sent me to a specialist. My insurance was billed as if they made my complete dentures. Now I don't have insurance to replace my dentures.

Compara with others experience before they are better on service and personal attention, taking about the prices for services on dental work they are more accessible than others.

If I could put zero stars I would. Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had. First I just wanna say I am afraid of dentists. I had a dentist do two root canals when I was 15 with no numbing stuff and wouldn't stop so I am terrified of it. You walk in there and it looks so nice and you're like "okay this wont be so bad" but the actual doctor Julia was horrible. She has the worst bedside manner, even worse than the guy I saw when I was 15. Before she even looked at my teeth or even my x-rays she immediately asked if I wanted braces. 1st red flag. So she then went to exam my teeth and let me tell you the rooms they have are so cramped that she cant even get all the way around you. You have to keep your head turned to one side the whole time which is uncomfortable. Then she tells me that I need practically my whole mouth covered in crowns and root canals, of course the most expensive thing ever. She even asked who I brought with me, which I am and adult so no one. And when I said that to her she said "well who is going to pay for all this?" 2nd red flag. I asked her if there were any other options to do because I don't have 20 grand just lying around to drop on my teeth. And she told me, verbatim "well what do you want to do? Do you want them all pulled and have dentures at 20?" Um no obviously that's not what I freaking want. Final red flag. She is the worst person I have ever met and I hope she gets her karma. Just absolutely rude, crude, cold, and heartless. If you're looking for something affordable definitely do not go here all she wants it money money money. UPDATE: Two years later they try to send me a bill for 100$. I was seen in March. I declared bankruptcy in November of 2019. The lady on the phone apparently doesn't understand that all debt besides student loans cannot legally be obtained at this point. I will be calling my lawyer :) I advise all those who read this post..don't go here. It's horrible and not worth it.

Billed just under $2000 for 1 vist for exam and x rays which I paid for ! This was the estimate of what I would pay if I had accepted their estimate but I felt all the time I was there that they were trying to hustle me so will be reporting this company to the Florida State Attorney for fraud .

My husband was at Dental Discovery on Silver Springs today, he couldn't say enough good things about them. He was totally impressed from Adam at the front desk to the technicians and the Dr Julia German. Kudos to all of you!!

Incredibly caring, empathetic, understanding and knowledgeable. Dr. Igor and his staff go above and beyond to assure the comfort and peace of mind of their patience time and time again. I am a very nervous dental patient and have had difficulties through the years finding a dentist that makes me feel comfortable, Dr. Igor in his staff are simply amazing I'm very grateful to have found them, thank you for doing what you do!

I had a fantastic experience at Dental Discovery I was a new patient, and the staff could not have made my visit any easier. I saw Julia German, and there was another dentist he was the kool he mad me feel at ease we talk about dead pool They were all friendly professional and thorough. They kept me informed every step of the way. I already recommended them to my family and friends

Told me that I needed cavities filled, went to another dentist for a second opinion and they said that they saw no issues. Glad that I went to my new dentist or I would've gotten unneeded work done on my teeth.

EVERYTHING about this place was nothing but AMAZING!! From the booking of my appointment all the way to the services i recieved were GREAT! Ive NEVER been to a dentistry that was such a GREAT experience as this one. ALL the staff are VERY PROFESSIONAL, COMPASSIONATE, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me feel comfortable. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist due to some previous bad experiences but ALL of that changed today with the services i recieved. Dr. JULIA and her TEAM were MY ANGELS sent from HEAVEN. I had a very bad car accident that chipped my 2 front teeth and the first dentist office was all about money and recommended a service i didn't even need but MS. JULIA got me in right away and turned my frown into a BEAUTIFUL SMILE..THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!!
