Following a hurricane and forced to combine Bonita's office appointments out of the Naples location, the manager Jess has been wizardly navigating and scheduling appointments for two offices in one location. Hats off to her, (she deserves a raise) they are lucky to have her and she is kind of a big deal. Dr. J gave me 3 fillings today and he was quick, painless and very obviously great at what he does. His assistant Karla was my favorite: her positivity, consistent suction, and positive attitude made an annoying process far more comfortable, almost enjoyable. This is the dental office to go to in Naples. I have been to many and feel lucky to have found them. Look nowhere else.

I was in a bind with a scheduling conflict and JESSICA came to my rescue. I have PARKINSON'S and STRESS was the LAST THING I needed. However, everything went downhill from there. I've called Jessica several times since to follow-up on the insurance deductible since Humana said they never received a claim from them and still needed to pay my deductible. Each time she would say, I'll just have to resubmit but don't worry about ANYTHING, you're fully paid up with us and don't owe a penny. And then yesterday I get a bill out of nowhere that said "I WAS 90 DAYS PAST DUE, OWED THEM OVER $200, I NEEDED TO CALL MY INSURANCE ABOUT PAYMENT". #1. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A PRIOR BILL FROM THEM FOR ANYTHING. #2. SINCE WHEN IS IT MY JOB TO CALL THE INSURANCE COMPANY, ESPECIALLY SINCE I'VE HAD THE SAME INSURANCE FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH PAYMENT. #3. I WAS CLEARLY TOLD I WAS PAID IN FULL UPON LEAVING AS WELL AS SEVERAL SUBSEQUENT PHONE CALLS OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !! TOO MANY LIES AND PAST DUE LETTERS OUT OF NOWHERE !!!

Very professional and friendly. Their dental hygienist, Thao, is the best I have ever had, meticulous cleaning and she teaches complete instructions how to brush and floss and maintain.

My husband and I receive excellent dental care at the Naples Park office. All the staff , from the professional yet friendly management at the front desk to the thorough and proficient hygienist to the extremely knowledgeable dentist - all exceed our expectations.

Very great experience there work is phenomenal and the staff is awesome very accommodating and helpful.I would like to personally thank Jessica for her help in scheduling my appointments that fit my schedule and being there for me every step of the way truly a great and wonderful person and a great all around experience.highly recommend smile design dentistry.

EVERYONE there from the receptionist to the hygienist and of course the Dentist is FIRST CLASS and a real joy to be around !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

With moving my primary residence back to Florida it has been necessary for me to find new healthcare providers through United Healthcare Medicare Advantage program which I only recently joined and had little if any track record. However, with their guidance first up was finding a Dentist and they found me a great one in Smile Design. I was able to make an initial appointment quickly, all facets of the service were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend them highly.

Unfortunately thanks to my teeth, I have been to many dentists in my life. And Smile Design is terrific ! Every member of the staff is polite personable fun and perform their job very well! Jessica, the office manager and the spoon that stirs the pot is the best! She is outgoing accommodating and does everything to make your visit a pleasant experience! She has a great sense of humor coupled with kindness and care. Dr Rafiq ...can't say enough good things about her. She is extremely proficient. She is a perfectionist. She is a great technician. Over a series of visits I needed various types of work done( fillings crowns extraction). I give a 10 plus on ability! As importantly, she is a warm caring human being. Annie , the dental assistant is a great compliment to her and perfectly assisted Dr Rafiq. She also is extremely friendly and has a keen sense of humor. Last but certainly not least is Tao the hygienist.who is wonderful. She knows how to clean thoroughly, goes above and beyond, and has many helpful hints. She is an Another one who is very caring personable and pleasant! The best compliment that I can give Smile Design is that for the first time in my life, I look forward to going to the dentist! Go you won't be disappointed!

We love this place. Was recommended by a colleague at work. Such friendly and inviting staff... Jessica is my favorite lol. Every visit is efficient, timely and a great experience. I've even been bringing my dad in for all his dental work now, after years of trial and error finding him a sufficient office to get all of his work done at. Thanks for the always impeccable service, everyone!
