Smile design dentistry South Tamiami tr Ft. Myers Fl. I would like to tell everyone my experience with this place on June 3rd 3rd 3rd 3rd 3rd 30th I fail and I knocked my teeth out a key sound very bad call very much damage HII went to smile design Sat down and waited till 1 PM to see the dentist He wanted to see me again in 3 weeks when all the stitches were gone he could not do anything at that time I'm so I set an appointment for 3 weeks Later and bigger and they called the day of my appointment and canceled it again said they did not have a dentist Then my daughter got involved I am 70 years old and when she found out that they talked to me and treated me like that I do not go to the dentist alone but they've already been paid by medicaid for my dentures to be made and there in no hurry to make Em I am now in October and still have no teeth they keep putting me off yeah I will not ever go to this dentist again once I get my teeth Kind of stuck with them now because they have already been paid by medicaid Just a warning to all do not mess with smile design dentistry in great anywhere in in the United States

If you like to arrive at your appointment on time and sit in the waiting room for an hour this is your location. I gave them 4 opportunity. 1st time for the cleaning was awesome. 2nd time came in for a filling they left me in the room and I fell asleep, woke up so no one there. 3rd came in for a cleaning it was perfect. Last time I wanted a referral for an extraction they said they have a new doctor that can do it. Sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Requested my referral and walked away. They don't care about their patients time.

Well I went in the get my tooth fixed , I had chipped it, but was kind of disappointed because they couldn't do anything that day, it's been hurting me for awhile since at the time of breaking it we didn't have dental insurance, I would have hoped they would have helped me out with some kind of RX, untill I come back. So I go back next week so hopefully this will be the start of getting it fixed, I start a new job here, and really do not want to walk in with a bad tooth. The staff was all so nice to me& Dr was very friendly too. He explained they was short staffed as well. I seen to find places that are all short staffed. Hopefully it will go smoothly on my next visit.

Rooms so small the techs bump into everything. Reception took 6 months to send referral to my email. They don't extract wisdom teeth on lower jaw. They send referrals. They really push teeth cleanings, so expect to be asked "what day do you want for your teeth cleaning," a couple of times during your visit. Incompetent buffoonery. This is a classic symptom of a dental office, so maybe I'm being a little harsh, or not harsh enough.

I Was at the office before, when Covid was still a thing but i was not too active in my appointments. So recently , I met the 2 new male dentists there, they seem like an upgrade versus I think a lady dentist from Before. Also the girl at the check-in is so sweet and nice. I just had a basic appointment, but one main comment is the very odd man at the front reception, he may be the owner? I got a very weird vibe; a slick looking guy in a full hospital outfit and a mask - I could overhear him talking about how much money he has and he's buying lots of Christmas gifts.... I do need to go back to the office, I like the tooth dentists , and the office takes my insurance. But I might bring somebody with me next time just to make sure the weird-vibe guy at the reception who talks about money a lot does try anything. Also there was somebody yelling in Spanish on the phone outside of the office, then this person went into the office shaking some documents (?) Again, Odd..... But, I do recommend the office if you wanna use your insurance, get your teeth bonded and don't wanna spend a copay.

I brought my grandmother in for her dentist appointment and I have to say it was a great experience. Everyone was so sweet and patient with my grandmother; They took their time explaining everything with her and making sure she understood all that was going on, overall a wonderful experience.

Had an appointment but they lost their dentist. Tried to reschedule kept putting me off and telling me they are booked after canceling my booking need a filling put me off for at this point 2 months. Unwilling and unable to keep appointments with very little care for your inconvenience. Don't waste your time!!!!!!

I had a great experience at Smile Design Dentistry and I definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family members! From the start Jessica the AOM was very sweet and was very helpful. We need more people like her in this world!!! My experience was wonderful

I would highly recommend Smile Design Dentistry of San Carlos because of the positive experience I had. Dr. Talalenko is a sweetheart; kind, knowledgeable, professional, she fixed my loose cap and helped calm my fears about the oral cancer I had in 2019 coming back. Peggy, the dental assistant, was very experienced in her job taking X-rays, and making me feel comfortable. Jessica, who is part of the office staff, explained in detail, the dental plan Dr. Talalenko prescribed for me. I plan on returning to this office for another appointment.

I highly recommend using Smile Design Dentistry in San Carlos. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was extremely kind and they had a very knowledgeable staff. They walked me through the steps of what I needed done and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend this office.
