They will not clean your teeth until they do an exam, they will not clean your teeth unless you do all of their recommendations!

As someone that has always been afraid of going to the dentist and has had bad experiences at other places, this office has been such a great experience! Everyone has been super nice and provided great care over several appts that I've had the last couple months! They are super nice, informative, sensitive to my fears and pain tolerance, and just great all around. Definitely recommend!

They should seriously fire the lady who works the phone at the front desk. I've called 3 days in a row and she answered on the 3rd day and when I asked for an appointment she put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. Also a very rude person for no reason.

I haven't been so such a friendly, helpful, and honest office in quite a while. The doctor & hygienist made sure I was knowledgeable of pricing, prodecures, and care afterwards before I made my decision. I was not pressured into having any procedures I felt I didn't need, and I was given well-informed views of how I should proceed. The front desk employee was also quite helpful in filling out new patient paperwork. I'm glad to have made the switch to this office and I'll be coming back for quite some time.

Run the other way! They are money HUNGRY! Ms. Georgia the hygentist knows more than the Dentist. Smh. She saw & caught stuff that he did not see & there was alot. DO NOT GO HERE

My wife seen the dentist for the first time and they wanted to do 10,000.00 in Dental work that was not needed. We got a second and third Opinion and was told they lied to my wife . BEWARE This also happened at another Smile Design in Clearwater ! Someone needs to put them out of Business!!!!!!!

My experience at the clinic was wonderful, they give you an environment of comfort and security since they have excellent professionals. Assistant Karyn Lozada is a kind person, with a range of personal and professional qualities. I am a very nervous person and with the treatment of Karyn Lozada and Dr. Sura I felt happy. I have no words to thank for so much support and love

I was there for my regular cleaning and exam and I had a great experience everyone there was so kind and profesional Dr Sura was great she was so nice with me ( I was so afraid) but later on I was comfortable. Thank you guys for everything and also I wanted to thanks Mrs. Karin for all her help and patience

I have had regular dental work done here for almost a year now and the staff have been kind, comforting, and compassionate. I have great anxiety and when I felt I couldn't breathe, they stopped the procedure (Wisdom tooth extraction) and comforted me until I felt I could relax again. They are always willing to listen to my concerns and work with my finances to the best of their ability. Even Dr Dabbaugh's specialist referrals are kind and compassionate people. I am not afraid of going to my dental appointments anymore. I know I am in good hands.

My fiance and I have been going here since last year. They have been great from the start. Sasha have been nothing but wonderful with us , always working us and giving us different financial options. Everyone there is so thoughtful and caring. I would highly recommend.

It seems all smile design dentistry offices run the same scheme. To upsell and force deep cleaning. They recommend it to everyone, and will not allow you regular cleaning unless you do deep cleaning first. This is the 3rd time it has happened with smile design dentistry. Every time I went to a different dentist for 2nd opinion and was told there is absolutely no need to have deep cleaning done since my teeth are just fine. This is how they make money. The front office staff was also rude trying to explain to me her logic that only made sense to her, because to me it was contradictory and hypocritical. Don't fall for the deep cleaning trap! Also, their x-ray technician took over 20 pics of my teeth, only to use 4 good ones for dentist to look at. Update: just got back from a different dentist and had my regular cleaning done. Was even complimented on my teeth. And here...they wanted deep clean them for over $700. Crazy!
