Nice busy place and clean !! Bianca took me back for X-rays on new patient exam very thorough overall Had examine by hygienist and dr shay also very thorough Not real happy on outcome !! But every thing explained on next steps on a plan On #2nd visit Had my teeth cleaned by Luz was a very thorough job ! Knew what she was doing for sure !! Was helpful in set-up of a cost effective and timely plan moving forward ! Entire office is very efficient/ professional in jobs Would recommend

Staff was exceptionally professional & knowledgeable. Very helpful in suggesting an alternate care plan and arranging not only a schedule, but a payment plan I can manage. Very pleased.

Over the weekend I broke a crown, and S/D went over and above to get me in first thing that Monday. Very thankful for all they did for me. Highly recommend!!

EXCELLENT office, staff and care. My regular dentist was out sick, this is the second time this has happened, and this office took me right in and is the ONLY other office that accepts my dental plan. There was NO waiting and they did exceptional work, Dr Shah is a sweetheart and is very schooled and experienced. They actually asked me what color I wanted my crown and I got to pick! The temporary had to be adjusted and they had no problem bringing me right in and took care of it right away. The assistant could be my best friend and the front staff were all a dream to work with on every level. They all work well together. The office is clean and well taken care of. Thank you for being there for me.

My initial visit was very thorough and informative. They addressed my needs, answered my questions, and was very helpful with what I needed. I was very satisfied with my visit, my treatment, and my follow-up care.

Do not recommend this office at all. Staff wasn't pleasant, dentist claimed I had gingivitis even though I have no red or swollen or bleeding gums. Billed my insurance for a deeper cleaning even though there was no deeper cleaning performed. Hygienist was very rude and accused me of not brushing my teeth or flossing. I went to a different dentist several months later and they said my teeth are perfectly fine and I do not have gingivitis as this dr claimed.

I feel fortunate to find this place. The staff are all helpful and kind. I had 2 crowns replaced today. I can honestly say I felt nothing when Dr Shah numbed me. I admit I was dreading this procedure. He's the best!!!.. Can't say enough good about all of them. Today, Oct 14th I had my overdue cleaning. My hygienist was Luz and she was absolutely wonderful. I appreciate each member of staff and thankful to have Dr. Shah as my dentist.

After reading so many positive reviews I thought maybe I went to the wrong place. Of course, no one relishes dental visits, so maybe that contributes to my review. I was a new patient and warmly greeted by the efficient front office, but from there, the disappointment began. The dental assistant, perhaps tired or just in a bad mood, gave orders like a Marine drill sergeant. No "please," no "thank you." During the X-Ray process, I was asked to hold an implement in my mouth that was clearly too large. From previous experiences, I know that there should be smaller plates to fit children and adolescents, but wasn't given one. It was uncomfortable. My time with the dental hygienist was unusual as it didn't include a cleaning. Just "inspection." After that I was told I would have to return for the cleaning and pay an extra $150 over what insurance would cover. The date for my next visit was set for Feb, 13 in follow-up to a Sept 19 first visit. I won't be going back.

There were several appointments, each step of the way they were so gentle and and so accommodating. The last visit he spent so much time getting it exactly right. I've only had it in a few hours, and these few new teeth feel like my own!! GREAT job! I HIGHLY recommend him!

Trish really cares about new patients and took the extra time to handle my insurance plan to make this aspect easier the first time in with the receptionist come payment time. She even printed what my insurance company did not mail. Thank you! Christina was very gentle and kind as the mouth X-rays can be harder for some due to the large plastic "bite" devices. Luz very bubbly & direct about future care needs for my next appointment. Dr Shah (read his bio) is a very bright Dr (Deans List) and also soon to be a Captain in the military. Impressive. Thank you for your service. At my age, & experiencing different offices traveling with my career & family's needs (60 +years), dental & medical are ever changing. This office gives you the way it is. And, there's no long wait time. A very oiled engine if you will. What I appreciate most is the "family friendly" environment that I experienced...and, so early at 8:00 (Monday) we all know the first time can be quite the unknown after all kinds of past "experiences" elsewhere. This office, this team affirmed my decision in choosing Leesburg. It was important to take time in a busy day to share my positive experience. ~debra

DR. KINNAR SHAH SHOULD NOT BE LICENSED. GOOD REVIEWS ARE PAID FOR. THEY ARE GENERIC. HE RUINED MY MOUTH AND MY LIFE. PLEASE LOOK AT THE YELP REVIEWS (YELP AND BBB REVIEWS CAN'T BE BOUGHT GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE BOUGHT). I HAVE THE RECEIPTS, PICTURES AND VIDEO PROOF OF WHAT THIS MAN DID TO ME. **IGNORE THEIR GENERIC RESPONSE TO THIS BELOW. THEY ARE NOT RECTIFYING THE SITUATION.

I had a broken molar over the weekend & spoke to an agent on their 24/7 online chat on a Sunday. The chat person promised that I would receive a call from the office on Monday to try and get me in. I wasn't too trusting in that & was about to call the office just after 8am when they called me to have me come in at 9am. Shocker that they not only followed through, but that they got me in so soon. My teeth are weak but the roots are practically cemented in so tooth extraction on me can be difficult. I saw Dr. Shah & I was VERY nervous but he was phenomenal & both he & the other staff were amazing.

The Smile Design was the best dental experience I have ever had and I will be a long time patient. Excellent customer service interactions from the time I walked in to the office till the time I left. Every staff member was friendly and thorough and everything they did was explained to me before they started their work. Overall 100% satisfied and would highly recommend!!!

Dr Kinnar Shah and his Dental Assistant Christina E. made my visit out of this world. I have always had extraordinary fear going in to see a dentist since I was a child. However, Dr Shah and Christina put me right at ease. Even though I was there for a dental emergency, they were able to not only fix my front teeth on this visit, but they took time to discuss with me the options available to address other dental issues I have. Christina explained the treatment plan in easy-to-understand language. She printed it out and reviewed the plan step by step and outlined the charges for my next several visits. By the time I left, not only was I smiling wide (and drooling a little) but I felt 100% positive about the next steps to improving my overall dental health. Two BIG Thumbs Up for Dr Shah and Christina at Smile Design Dentistry of Leesburg, FL. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know! Thanks for an awesome experience.

Dr. Shah and Cristina were amazing. I was in pain, and needed a root canal. They worked amazing together, and got me in out quick and painless. Highly recommend.
