This is the worst dental office you can get, they don't confirm or do their job with the insurance company, they want to charge you out of you pocket. They call you day before to confirm the appointment and two hours later they cancel you and re schedule you appointment far away like you don't have anything to do that just go there. The staff is not friendly at all and don't help the patients trying to accommodate an schedule that fits your needs, be careful before you go.

Doctor Arora es very rude and difficult understand your indian accent, be careful because she only thing about money, every patients need crown and filling when really no need.This office is dirty deserve 0 starts.

Show up to my first appointment. Get the 3rd degree from both uneducated girls that I did not cofirm my appointment. Therefore, might not be able to see the dentist. I said forget it! Will go to another dentist and left. Would not even trust this place with my dog.

The dental assistant was super nice but the new dentist was rude and arrogant we will never go back. FYI.... Dr. Gonzalez is not longer there he retired back in May.... he was the best.

Too many issues with the place. First I schedule a cleaning and when I come for my cleaning they make me reschedule it then the day of my rescheduled appoint five minutes before they call and say they can't do the cleaning after I've already driven 45min to get there. Then they billed the wrong person on several occasions and told me to disregard the bill yet I continue to receive a bill in the mail for someone else. I email several times with no response. They need to get the staff on the front together.

Had my first appointment last week and everything went well. Liked the Dentist and young lady who took the x-rays. I was told to call today Monday to make an appointment to get the dental work done. I called in the morning and was told to call after 2:00 because the computers were down. I started calling at 2:00 until closing and they never answered the phone. Recording said to leave a message and I did and they never called back. Very unprofessional. Really need the dental work done now. If I can't get better service tomorrow will have to go somewhere else!!

Call for an appointment on November 11 for the next day. I show up 20 minutes before my appointment place is locked up and won't answer the phone. Not happy left work early for this. If I could I would give them zero stars.

Me and my son had an appointment yesterday,I confirmed my appointment by text... but guess what the new dentist is not in the network of my insurance and no one has the courtesy to call me and inform me that I need to pay out of pocket. Very unprofessional

The dentist at this location changed and are no longer accepted by insurance. This was never mentioned to me. Now I receive a bill for over $1,000 for my routine dental service that I had done because they are not in network. We pay for insurance so that we can use it. How disappointing that the new dentist doesn't even care about their customers.

I scheduled an appointment and was given a call back to confirm it which I did. I called the next day to get the directions accurate and the clueless receptionist said that my appointment was canceled?!? I NEVER canceled my appointment! What a waste of my time and day. I would really reconsider going to this Denist office because your appointment might be canceled out of the blue.

Great practice! Everyone was so friendly even before setting foot in the door. Receptionists we're very welcoming. Dentist, hygienist and assistant we're all really friendly and accommodating. Hygienist Izzy was able to fit me in for a deep cleaning and dentist arora was able to fit me in for a filling. They were all thorough and made sure I was comfortable through every process. The assistant explained the cost before each procedure and made sure I was well informed every step of the way.

I Called to make appointment they were super nice. I onfirmed 3 timea that The dentist could do a root canal I was told yes, three times,. I was rhen told that they needed to have me come in for a free consultation, again that was stated several times in the initial call. When I showed up for my appointment i was told that there would be a cost for the consultation and there was no guarantee that they could do the root canal. when I tried to explain to the office manager that I was told several times there Would be no charge for the consultation she immediately took attitude and told me that there was a charge that they stopped doing free consultations when they stopped doing implants. I told her that I was told three times that it was a free consultation she then proceeded to tell me that when I had called I had talk to the call center and they wouldn't know, never apologizing, and then she proceeded to tell me that they didn't do a root canal's and when I told her I had clarified that three times even clarifying the truth number (tooth #31) in the initial call knowing that it's a molar with three roots and I was told yes they would be able to do the root canal even looked up and gave me an Approximate price of $800 for the root canal the girls at the front desk were very rude smirking and with a rude laugh when I told them I did not appreciate missing work for misinformation. They absolutely did not seem to care that I took the afternoon off from work nor did they care about the loss of income that it caused me. They only kept restating their positioning and handing it off on the call center that they wouldn't of known. then don't use a call center is my opinion, Or at least get with the call center and clarify with them that they are not to give out Inaccurate information ecspecially going as far as quoting An approximate price. After disrespecting me, they did say they would honor the free consultation even though they don't do free consultations anymore since they stop doing implants I decided at this point that this was not the dental office I would feel comfortable with nor did I feel that they really cared about me as a person so why would they care about me once I was in their chair. no thank you I'll go somewhere else. Beware of this place something doesn't add up

My mother went to the office with real bad pain,Thank you to the wonderful assistants and doctor who brought her to the back and helped her out. Once you pass the front monster everyone in the back is so friendly, helpful and nice.
