First time I've ever given more than one review but they have earned it. I've had to have a few crowns. I had a problem getting the temporary to stay in until Tamica put it in and it didn't come out once which was a pleasant surprise. I told Tamica that I should have asked for her and trust me I will next time. She is so pleasant and she reminds me of myself when I was her age. Don't know if she will see that as a compliment. As I said before I'm so glad I found Smile Design Dentistry in Lady Lake and they will be my forever dentist. I recently moved here and was lucky to find this dental practice. Tamica is the best. She is very attentive and was making sure I received the best color match up for my crown. Jose was making sure I wasn't hurting and if everything felt right. The girls our front are very sweet. I scored and will make this my forever dentist.

I went to Smile Design for a couple of years now and one of the reason I love going other terrific service is the staff. Every one is so friendly. The person that would help me the most is Tamica. It took my mouth so long to heal she always would explain the game plan and assure me that everything is going well and how much I'm going love the end result.

Horrible. Waited for almost 1 hour no follow up . Went to front desk and about 2 mins was called back. Not impressed with spaces seem not to be very clean. After about an hour sitting in lobby was not even seen. Was expecting to get a cleaning but the first visit is not even that . Now will not be seen till Dec and then not even promised a cleaning . Never have ever experienced this before

I have never had a dentist that you can actually fall asleep in the chair which is not necessarily good but the doctor smooth and he don't have hands the size of a VW bus and for the work he does it is priceless as I told him yesterday as he put a temporary bridge in I told him that he was phenomenal by far the best dentist that I have ever encountered in my life if you're looking for a dentist he's the man that was an emergency and they got me right in and he only doesn't work you mean you don't do extra tack it on and thank you very much for reading hope it helps Jimmy Stanley

Came 10 min late for my appointment due to transportation problems. I am German and being late is unsusual and unacceptable for tme. The ladies at the reception desk were extremely nice and understanding. The rest of my visit was also great. The insurance lady also extremely helpful. I was worried about finding a different Dentist after moving here from Ocala, but found the best, at least I believe. Thank you Anita Wolski

They are very friendly, they always have appointments available nearby and they treat me when I have an emergency. They are pending when it's time for your dental cleaning to give you the follow-up appointment. Very careful with all the processes and they give me peace of mind. I wish I had visited this clinic before. Doctor Dany did a terrific job at addressing the root cause of what had been an issue for the past 4 years. A root canal at a different clinic went wrong and follow-up visits to multiple "decorated" specialists led to nowhere. With a numb lower jaw I was starting to give up hope when a colleague provided me Dr. Dany's referral. I owe my colleague a treat for this. I cannot describe how relieved I feel after the procedures and the care I have received here. I wish there were more doctors like him out there. He's a real asset to the clinic! Thank you Doc.

Scheduling of appointment was prompt. Cost of crown went up $500.00 from previous crown with same insurance. Billing said that $ 500.00 of cost was for "Miscellaneous / Other" Hope that temporary crown stays on for 3 weeks till permanent crown comes in.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. As a parent. I do not leave my minor children with anyone I do not know or do not feel comfortable with. I asked if I was allowed in the back with my children whom were 5 & 4. I was told they do not allow that. My kids are minors. They are not old enough to understand when something is being done to them that was not approved by a parent or people being rude. As a child I had very unpleasant & uncomfortable experiences. They told my mother the samething they were telling me. I would be okay and no parents allows in back. I had dental assistants rude to me just plain out being mean to me making me feel uncomfortable & even had a dentist perform a root canal on me & me being a minor I did not understand that when they asked if the area was numb I told them yes when it really wants( not their fault ) but I was shy as a child & if my mother had been in the back with me that would have never happened because she knew me so she would've known to ask me again or be sure. I have been terrified of the dentist since. As a mother I want to protect my kids and will do anything to ensure they never have to go through anything I did as a child. I walked out after they wanted to perform a procedure on my 5 year old without me in the back. Parents you have to be careful with places like this because there is a reason you are not allowed n the back & it damn sure is not due to space. I went back once after complaining & I followed the rules. I was not in the way or bothering them at all but I was there to see & listen. If anything was happening that I didn't like( being rude to my child, putting my child in excruciating pain.. etc) I would be there to tell them to stop for my child best interest. I don't care about the money but that's all they care about. They were nice. 2/3 dental assistant I seen were nice & genuine. That was a male & an African American lady but the white female dental assistant came off rude when asked a simple question & the way I heard her speaking to my child. I automatically got bad vibes from her but I didn't say anything. I continued to be professional & I just listened & took mental notes. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND due to not being allowed with my minor children. I mean let's be real when you go to the pediatrician they allow you in the back so what's the difference. THEY ARE MINORS. They lost 2 patients over something so simple. I don't care how nice the other 2 were. I was not comfortable.

Went it to have a tooth checked out and unfortunately it needed to be extracted but the team here was phenomenal. Very sweet and caring, and the Dr was a beast. Felt absolutely no pain during this and he was very fast with the procedure, thank you all so very much I am very glad to know there's such an awesome dentistry near me

I needed a temporary bridge replaced and they wanted 4000.00 for it. They would rather someone run around with no front teeth, I would have paid for the plate but they wanted the 4000.00. Money hungry!!! I honestly don't want to give one star but I have no choice.

Smile design charged me $250 per tooth with Insurance for extraction. That dentist office is a blatant rip off

I've never had a root canal and was so nervous about it. The dental assistant (that travels with the dentist) was so reassuring! I forgot his name but he was tall, dark and knew everything about the procedure. Thank you Smile Design for your caring staff!
