Smile Design Dentistry at Davenport deserve top marks based on my recent visit this week. I received excellent care. And I must mention that Brenda the Dental Assistant is a gem...please do not let her go . She has the best "bedside" manners! And she is clearly experienced and well-trained. This is the 2nd Smile Design practice that I have visited recently. I now come away with the distinct impression that the Company strives for excellence and to provide the best dental care possible.

Great!! I found out I have six wisdom teeth that needs to come out. I felt so relaxed wish they could have been removed there. Thank You!

Very courteous, friendly and professional staff. The dental assistants Sasha and Susana are both very kind and communicate everything to the patient efficiently. Been seen by both Dr Fajardo and Dr Mamsa and they're both great. They've been following covid protocols and office is very clean. Staff is very attentive to patient's needs.

I was very pleased that the dentist filed down my partial so it fit properly and I had no more pain while wearing them. I got my teeth cleaned yesterday and and it didn't hurt for a change. I am very pleased with the treatment I have been receiving.

I know that the management of this Company take every review seriously. I want especially to acknowledge the work of Tanya, the Regional Manager. It seems that she works tirelessly to manage offices and staff whilst also dealing with difficult customer service issues. What a trooper! .

Don't really like going to the dentist...but everyone there explained everything that was going on. The dentist was very nice and the assistants were very helpful. Thank you!

I just call Dentist to make an teeth cleaning for my son I had Jaisleen answer my phone put me on hold and stated that she could not make an appointment for my son because I had a balance I then ask why he had a balance since he has only been service with teeth cleaning and his insurance cover that she than proceeded very loud and rude and said(WHAT) I than ask her why she was talking to a patient that way she continue than said what ever not going to argue with you I said to her I politely ask you s question and did not raise voice and ask her is that how you talk on a business phone I than ask if a office manager was available she said he right next to me she put me on hold again and said he can't talk right now this is like the 3rd time I had had terrible service with the front end thahey talk very rudely disrespectful

The place seems unclean and messy. The staff are Rude and unprofessional. Go there if you're looking for a sloppy dentist!

My first visit today. Everyone was very friendly. The dentist was friendly & professional. Hygienist (Luis) was also friendly, professional & explained everything he was doing as he went along

This is the worst dental clinic i have ever used. I have been waiting one year to get my lower partial and now i was just told it may be another 2 months. I paid for the partial 10 months ago. I just had 5 fillings about 4 months ago and now want to do more. Don't waste your time and money avoid this place.

Smile Design - nope. Amateurs and NO communication from the Doctor. "I'm sorry, but the Dr does not return calls." I'm not kidding - I was told this when I had to do a follow-up call DESPITE being told the Dr WOULD return my call when I left the message. Too bad because some of the staff was wonderful.

I went to Smile Design for a partial this was February 2021! Well it is now February 2022 and I was just told that they would have to contact corporate about refunding me! The reason the partial was sent out 4 times and came back incorrectly! I started by telling them that I had a reunion in August 2021 and I would like it done by then ! They all laughed at that. August no problem we'll we have it long before that time! Well February 2022 wax the anniversary and I have nothing ! They one excuse was the doctor who worked on me was no longer with them and they didn't know why she kept sending my partial back to the same lab! So when they told me basically oh well after a year we can't do it ! We will let you know what corporate says about refunding you! Are you kidding me! I wasted a year ! Missed a reunion ! So I ask for corporates phone number they give me an email address and tell me that no one at there office has a corporate phone number! They will contact them then corporate had a 48 hour turn around to acknowledge there email then they will have to "DISCUSS" my refund! I took my sister during this time to Haines City Dental for her partial and she was done in 3 months ! Shame on you Smile Dentistry ! Consumer beware'

The front office team is very unprofessional and mean. Showed up for an appointment 15 minutes late after that they rescheduled my appointment 2 months later, the front office team began to argue with me about me being late and did not check me in. After that, they rescheduled my appointment a month out. Now I got a call today that the doctor had an emergency and they don't have an appointment for me today and they told me to call periodically. I would never work with this dentist again.

Terrible experience I walk in (and you can see the receptionist crusty attitude a mile away )for an appointment at 1:30 another woman walks in for a 2:00 appointment she gets in before me I say something she makes up a dry excuse your not done with your form the woman who walks in had to fill out no form. Next I'm in from 2 the hygienist ask me to bite some instrument when it doesn't work she tells me I broke it so she has me setup on another machine my tooth was loose and I could see she was visibly disgusted by my tooth she's not that smart either so I make it to the dentist the Asian one she tells me I have peridontis very bad news I'm taking it in then she has schools rehearsal where she says to me well I dint put periodontists in your mouth I never said she did bastille totals day I'm upset at the lack of empty what a beastly experience

My husband was in for deep cleaning today! Awesome awesome!!! We couldn't be happier with this office of Smile Design. . Office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!!
