I came here to get some much needed and overdue dental work done after neglecting it for years. Ive always been scared to see dentist and put it off for so long that I ended up with a ton of bad teeth. I was impressed after coming and seeing the staff be so friendly. The dentist I saw was Dr.Jason Snyder, he was great ,and had really good bedside manners. His hygienist was extremely caring ,and patient with me and so understanding of my medical needs with me being so scared. This is the first dentist I have found since moving here from TN in 2011 that I feel actually cares about his patients and is passionate about his work.

Doctor Synder was very polite and did 3 root canals with good staff the whole time. They didn't gossip, place was clean, didn't wait long, and that cost about 5k.

Dr Snyder along with Tara, Jackie & the team are so friendly and professional. They had a challenge with my shattered molar but they took care of it! Great group of people! A+ Highly Recommend!

I had a horrible experience! They pulled all my teeth in one day and left tooth pieces in my gums that still have to come out. They charged my insurance for the 2 teeth that are still left in my gums. They gave me novocain for the teeth being pulled arms nothing more, feeling almost everything. Not once did they answer any questions I had, especially, when I recieved my dentures. The dentures were too big for my mouth and didn't fit at all! When I told them the dentures were not fitting correctly they grounded them down and said... "you just have to get used to them." They head no liner so the teeth wouldn't even lock to my gums even with polygrip, fixadent, sea bond. ... tried them all with these dentures and they wouldn't lock because they were not done correctly. I had to find another dentist to fix what they kept saying was normal, because gagging and having a whole mouth full of dentures is the way to go.... right? Coast Dental in Zephyrhills is amazing... stay away from this dentist.

The dentist and assistant made sure I was comfortable and would ask me through the procedure. I'm not done so I'll continue at a later date. Thank You Jessica for helping my insurance rep and I to understand and for taking the time to answer our questions.

I go to the Dade City office and I find the staff friendly, professional and efficient in their positions. Dr. McLin makes me feel more comfortable then I've felt with past dentists. I would definately recommend this office if you should need dental work done.

I am 84 year old woman!! Went there and they took X-rays which of course I had to pay for it wasn't 3 years yet. The problem was 2 days later they gave me the appointment , 2 days later???? Lol lol They quoted me a price inside, not knowing how much the insurance would pay!! . I had to pay out of pocket to come back for my appointment 2 days later so they could extract my tooth and put another in. Not giving any paperwork on how much it was at the front desk, nothing. Absolutely nothing. Called them very next day. I needed antibiotics, the girl didn't know anything! They didn't read! And the price went up!!! Way too much!!! I was so mad! Got my X-rays and the girl wanted to know what if she could email them? I am standing right there!!!!! Went somewhere else! Found out I had an infection in my mouth!! I got a mail in my post box saying I owed them 150.00 for missing my appointment 2 days later? I didn't cancel! Yes right!! Such dishonesty!!! 150 besides!! Lol lol Taking advantage of an older lady!!!! Run!!!

I have nothing but positive things to report. From booking my first appointment through today's cleaning, I've had a great experience. The doc and staff are empathetic, concerned, and talk to you like we're both human beings. My mouth feels so amazing and after a long absence from any dental work at all, I'm grateful for a clean, healthy smile. Thanks all and I'll see you soon for the bridge!

I have had two good experiences and one bad. Today I had an 8am appointment for a cleaning. I do this as I should be one of the first in and out. After a ton of x-rays, I waited approx 30 before the dentist came in to check on me, he had no concerns. So cleaning should start right? Nope, at 9am I left. I was in the office for an hour and still waiting for the cleaning I scheduled.

Very Disappointed on how they handled my billing with my insurance. The billing department employe Jessica is Unprofessional and will lie to you just to cover her self. I wouldn't recommend this Dentis office to nobody.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Although Amy in the office was great, I was not allowed to even sit in the waiting room for my minor son to have his wisdom teeth out. If he was not in so much pain, I would have left right then. As for his opinion, the dr was forceful and rude to him. Hygienist was very helpful and pleasant, but again I can not attest, as I had to stay out of the entire office. Apparently this is their policy?? All in all, there are so many other dental offices that are family oriented. This one has 100% lost our business.

I have been going to Smile Design since they bought the practice from my previous dentist who was retiring. I miss him. Credit where credit is due, I like the dentist at the Dade City office. That, however, is where my positive experience ends. The office over-books and CONSTANTLY keeps you waiting on appts. My average is 20 minutes. If I were 20 minutes late for my appt they would tell me I had to reschedule. When I point this out to them, I get a very cavalier response and get asked if I want to reschedule. No, I do not want to be inconvenienced even more than I already am. They rely on that mindset. I, and others like me, are their enablers. The most recent visit I was met by a freshly minted hygienist who tells me they have to do a "deep cleaning" and the cost is $80. Mind you, she had not even looked in my mouth. I explained to her that I was here for my regular cleaning (which I do every four months because I know I am not good about flossing) and was told that because I had had a deep cleaning in the past (many years ago) it was required and it would be "medical malpractice" for her to do a "regular cleaning". Yes, at this point I was fuming AND looking at her like she had three heads. I requested the doctor who came in and set her straight. Today I brought my son in to have his regular cleaning and, again, waited over 20 mins. That is bad enough but the indignant attitude when I point it out is too much. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I will be looking for a new dentist. That is a shame because they are located close to my house but I figure I might as well drive the extra twenty minutes and avoid the anxiety.

My son got his braces from smile Design and when he got them off his teeth the bottom ones are not straight at all!! Let the dr. Know he said just keep wearing the retainer. No change at all. Paid big money for straight teeth and didn't get what I payed for Also the retainers are the old metal kind. I had braces 15 years ago (NOT from this place) and got the clear plastic retainers. My teeth are still Straight and my retainer is in get shape. Not happy at all!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. They only care about you to take x rays or sell you expensive dental work. If your not getting any big ticket items done the service is terrible from setting the appointment all the way to billing at the end. When we were finally able to get in and have the family get cleanings they were ten minutes a piece and the worst we've ever had. I would definitely avoid this place.
