Went in to fix my chipped front tooth and Dr. Youssef did an amazing job! You can't even tell it was broken and it blends in so well. He was very professional, paid close attention to detail and addressed my concerns. His assistant and office staff were all very nice and professional as well. I would highly recommend his office and will be returning for any future dental work I need.

Just finished my appointment for cleaning and dentist exam. The hygienist was very rough and seemed in a hurry. The dentist did an exam and never said word to me on his findings. Very poor service, which has always been good in the past.

If I had a -100 I would leave it, what has happened to the dental in medical field? The staff are allowed to be rude mean off the wall and say horrible things to the patients my medical doctor is great all other ones I feel is so out of place, RUDE and very cold, I would go teethless before I went back to this place the front office panics they never can find you in the computer when you have a problem the managers let you go as a patient and tells the doctor you don't want them as a patient anyway, great going Drs you need to clean house of the front of the office and I'm a 60 and have been in medical field for 25yrs, I would of NEVER ACTED LIKE THEM NOR BE ALLOWED

Absolute terrible customer service! Waited 3 hours in the office after setting up an appointment 21 days prior just to have the dentist rejecting my insurance prior to getting a crown. Also wanted me to take antibiotics prior to procedure without giving me a prescription or telling me these instructions. This place is in the business of wasting people's time and I wish I can give it a negative star.

The hygienist that treated me is absolutely fabulous; She has the " Midas touch ". The Detist is the last place I want to go...Fear is the reason. Her technic and approach made all of that go away.

Absolutely horrible service. Since Dr. Orlando, Natasha ( Front Desk) Sarah ( Hygienist) Alisha...Patricia.... left this office, The customer/quality service just declined into a deplorable experience.We kept going during these last 10+ years even after each of the specialist that made this location wonderful left. The now 'office manager' Yioshi? Yoshi? just a despot. The last 2 appointments for my son & husband were resch by the office days before...turn around my husband has an emergency from work and needs to resch for the 1st time ever and they "need" to charge $50 because it was not more than 24 hours. Besides of my husband addressing this calling to resch, I called again to explain, besides of his work responsibilities, 6+ hours prior, never resch before & that they can check the records of how many of us is under my insurance...she just kept cutting me off & repeating the same thing over and over as a machine. Furthermore, the hygienist that I got in my last visit- Karen was extremely rushed and rough. Needless to say they lost the business of a family of 5 & her response was"I'm happy to cancel your upcoming appointments". With all offices that are popping around the area I wouldn't be surprise that they go out of buss soon.

Very disappointed. They just added to my hatred of dentists. Had an appointment for a chipped tooth walked out with an estimate for $9,500.00 in dental work. Was scheduled for a root canal and showed to find out that the Dr. doesn't do root canals. They ended up prepping a tooth for a crown. The temporary crown broke on day 3 of having it . Went in for what I believed was going to be a seating of my crown only to find out that my crown wasn't in and they were going to try and prep another tooth for a crown. Didn't stay. Finally back for crown seating , only took 2 hours. I won't be coming back. Going someplace that can handle all my dental needs. This in no way is a bad reflection on Dr. Perez as he did a nice job with my crown but I would love to explain my experience to management. Update: It's been over a month and still no contact from management.

Melyssa my hygienist is simply AWESOME!! She does a fantastic job every time. She is very professional, very courteous and has a great sense of humor. I have been coming to her for over a year and she is just wonderful. She really cares about people and that is very important, especially when you are working in someone's mouth.

Terrifying experience was on the part of my dental insurance they told me repeatedly that the plan covered all the treatment. They made me 3 temporary crowns after 4 hours they told me that it did not cover the insurance. They scammed me and made me sign a document about lies that the plan covered. Those temporary crowns came off me now I can't eat and they don't respond they're scammers.

I needed a deep cleaning and admitt I was very nervous. Melissa the hygienist was awesome absolutely no pain. I clearly knew she was extremely through with this cleaning. The office staff also very friendly and welcoming. As far as Covid 19 they take all the right steps.

The dentist at the Clermont Fl location is does not have any compassion for his patients. The dentists name is Dr. Westres from the information I was told at the front desk of the office. My husband was a patient there before me so I decided to go to them assuming they were pretty good. I went in for a cleaning and a fill in for three cavities. I haven't had cavities in over 2 years and during my first appointment I was told I had three cavities. On the day of my appointment, he (Dr. Westres) did not inform me of the process to fill in the cavities. I am not a dentist so it would have been nice to know what to expect and how to let him know if I needed a break or if I was in any kind of pain. He did nothing of the sort. I was not told anything. He went to numb my mouth and I was in excruciating pain. I didn't know what to do to tell him to stop because he didn't inform me on how to tell him I was in pain. He immediately got mad that my immediate response was to buck from being in so much pain. He yelled and asked me to find another dentist. I said that was perfectly fine. I have found another dentist and will not ever be going back to this place. Nor will my husband. After my husband found out what happened he was not happy and said he wouldn't be going back either. So they not only lost one patient but two. I have a knot on the inside my left jaw from what he (Dr.Westres) did to me.

I had a very good experience at the Smile Design Dentistry. Had a Molar removed by Dr. Westres, never felt a thing. Staff is very caring. If you looking for a dentist, this is the place.

Meylyssa Shrock, CRDH provided my much-needed deep periodontal scaling and cleaning today. I walked in sad about my teeth. I left smiling! My teeth look 100% better, and I know I have a far healthier mouth now.
