Terrible experience, showed up and was seen by a different dentist, since the dentist was not in town. Then, after the X-rays I was told that they could not even clean my teeth(whole reason of the appointment) because a hygienist was out sick. Not to mention, the dentist that saw me told me I had five cavities. I immediately went to a different dentist in Palm Harbor who completely disagreed on their findings. Today, I received my bill and they did not even run my secondary insurance. I am disappointed that they wasted my time, did not communicate that a different dentist would see me, I wouldn't be able to get my teeth cleaned and still charged my insurance for an exam/x-ray. I will never step back into their office and will tell all my family and friends to avoid their dentistry.

Bad but not awful. First off- the staff and the doctor are very friendly, clean location. Really like the doctor. And she helped me to understand the cause of the a dental problem- hence the 2 stars and not 1. And. I needed a new nightguard. I got fitted for one and they ordered it. When it came, it was PAINFULLY tight. I had to go back 3 times to get it adjusted to where it was not painful to wear. The doctor said she had had problems with that company before! Have no idea why she would use them again? Now, 9 months later, the nightguard is very loose. It still works, however it does not fit properly.... not sure how long it will last. Dissatisfied, I called to get my records so I could go elsewhere. it took me 9 days and five phone calls to get my records. On top of it, the cleaning was double what I paid elsewhere and the faulty nightguard was over 300 more then the last one.....

Probably the best and most comfortable I've been at a dentist office in years! I had major work to be done and the doctor was so nice and understanding . She made it possible for me to save money and created a miracle ! All of the staff are wonderful from the ladies in the front desk to the assistance. Glad I've finally found a dentist that I could trust and just makes me feel so comfortable and not ashamed.

Smile Design is a great place for your dental needs. I'm not a big fan of the dentist but here they make you feel at home. Love smile design dentistry.

If I could give zero stars I would. Most painful "cleaning" in my life. Hygienist refused to stop when I told him I was in pain. Reporting to my insurance company as well.

Really disappointing experience. The doctors were fine, its the administrative parent company who charged me more than I should have paid through insurance. I had to 3 way my insurance company to tell their front office clerk that they couldn't charge me full price for specific services. Never went back

Bait and switch kind of place. I just needed a basic teeth cleaning and was told a cleaning was $70. Once I got there I was informed I had severe gum disease and needed a deep cleaning at a slightly higher price....Slightly higher price turned out to be $1100, and that the $1100 price they offered to me was a bargain compared to others out there! I go to the dentist 3-4 times a year and have never been told I had gum disease or that gum disease was even present.

Every time I go in I end up having more problems and spending more money with no resolutions. I picked up a second job to pay for my dental problems and still wasn't enough. Not to mention when I've called a couple times I've been on hold for 10 mins+ (and that's when they actually answer the phone). I would avoid and go to your regular mom and pop dentists. Can't even pay my bill because they won't answer the phone or return my calls.

Dr M. is a wonderful dentist. She cares very much about her patients and treats them like family. She did a great job on my crowns and bridge. I highly recommend her.

I had my teeth cleaned by Martha today and what a treasure she is. Her work is impeccable. She is through, knowledgeable, kind, and does a fantastic job. I have had extensive dental work and it is very hard to find a good dentist and good hygienist in the same office...I love Martha Donna L. Hart

I had my Crown work done here. Dr.Usha and other doctors are very professional, caring done multiple checks before the crown is placed. I would highly recommend their clinic.

Very friendly and welcoming. Every single person I came in contact with was very personable. The whole experience from start to finish was very positive. The doctor was very professional and made me feel comfortable and safe in her decisions. I will definitely be coming back for all my dentistry needs!!!

I had a hard time understanding the female dentist because of her broken English. I was told by my insurance company that I would have no out-of-pocket expenses, yet the quote stated that I would have a 1,000.00 co-pay.
