BEWARE!! For real. After two years, 4 dentists, and being lied to numerous times today was the last time I will return and you must believe my words. I made an appointment for my second cleaning and flouride treatment today, called to make sure it was covered in full, Carlos assured me there would be no charge because of my AARP United Healthcare dental coverage. Showed up today, Marta told me the charges would be $48.00 extra!?! WHAT? Then she said she could change to $8.00?!? strange Huh? I walked out angry. I called UHC dental and learned they terminated their agreement with them. Carlos NEVER told me. This place has been a fiasco other than Dr. Hoepfner's work. He was excellent but once again another new dentist.... BE CAREFUL. SCAMS Sure wish I had read ALL THE NEGATIVE reviews. Actually I wonder if they are certified, after lying about the misinformation of being terminated by insurance . Strange place.

I was seen within 10 minutes. The front desk staff is excellent and proficient. The dentist is truly caring and she does an excellent job.

My Dental Hygienist, Martha Morales, RDH is the best ever!! She's very good at what she does and her work is outstanding!! :-)

The dentist I saw: Young but competent. The hygienist: Did a good job and was very thorough. I did not have a long wait and I got good service. Made another appointment for a cleaning and exam later in the year.

Worse dentists that I have ever been in. Doctor was not gentle for any of my procedures and my guess is that he was trying to save on supplies because he didn't use enough anesthesia in my extraction and I felt EVERYTHING! To this day I still remember the pain

The new management is wonderful and Carlos and K'mora have brought a brand new professional look and feel to the office overall which is wonderful! Since my last visit many months ago all the equipment is brand new and the office looks GREAT!! Way to Go Carlos!! Martha did my first deep cleaning and she made sure that not only was there no pain at all during the entire process. She was very careful and meticulous ensuring that all the deep gum areas were completely cleaned out and finishing the treatment with the deep pockets given antibiotics to ensure no infections would happen. The whole right side of my gum line feels so smooth and clean right now and I am excited to be going back next week to finish the left side. she also made sure that I left with a bottle of antiseptic mouthwash, floss and a toothbrush and toothpaste. I have not seen this type of after care in a long time and it is refreshing to see a dentists office where they go the extra mile to ensure each patient is cared for properly. I would highly recommend that you give this team a try as you will not be disappointed! Wonderful experience from start to finish.

I went to this practice up until 2 years ago. My last visit I was told I had periodontal disease and a cavity that was in such a hard to reach place that I would need to just get a crown. They refused to do a regular cleaning stating that my insurance would only cover a deep cleaning since I had "periodontal disease". My insurance did not cover crowns and there was an additional copay for the deep cleaning. Fast forward two years. I have since found another dentist. He did x-rays and found NO cavities and NO periodontal disease!!! He did a regular cleaning and said my teeth and gums were in great shape! And this is over 2 years after the Smile visit. These people are scam artists.

The office staff (K'mora and Carlos) was excellent (courteous, helpful, and competent)! The dental assistant, Gus, was courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The dental hygienist Marta, was thorough and very experienced. She was a dental surgery assistant before becoming a hygienist. She really cared about teaching me how to better clean and floss my teeth. Dr. Hoefner was very nice. I just saw him for a minute. About 6 months ago he performed my husband's root canals, and he was very pleased with his care.

Please be very careful when going to this clinic. My wife went in for some cosmetic work and was left with horrible results and unfinished mouth by Hoephren. She paid the full amount of $10,000 and then told she is dismissed as a patient and was left to figure it out. She had to find a new dentist to fix the mess Hoephren left her with and now we have to pay another $10,000 in fixing. The emotional stress she has been under effected her and our family deeply. I hope no one ever has to go through what my wife went through. Beware of scamming and poor unprofessional work.

I have never felt so victimized, humiliated, and disrespected in my life as I have by smile design dentistry of countryside in Clearwater Florida. I felt abandoned, neglected, and cheated as a patient. I would never recommend this very unprofessional practice to anyone. I have felt nothing but emotional stress by Nicholas Hoephfner DMD and staff. This has been the Worst dental experience of my life.

I have extensive dental work and I am always apprehensive when I have to change dental practices. I have been with Smile Design Countryside for 2 years now. I can not say enough good things about Martha, my hygienist. She is fantastic! For the first time in years I finally have a practice where I am extremely confident in my dentist and my hygienist. Martha cleaned my teeth today and I am on cloud 9. Love her....best hygienist ever...

On the other hand ,I had a great experience while Doctor was treating my sore teeth. He is very honest and professional.No pain during treatment and dental work was done on time without any delays .Thank you for a good job .

Professional staff beginning at reception followed by the dental assistance with great calming manner and knowledge and a Dr that listened to my concerns and reviewed my history and my current condition. This is the only Dental Practice I will be going to use and recommend

Just leaving the office and can't wait to tell everyone of the great experience I had with Martha the new hygienist. I am a nervous type and with this professional I found myself relaxing way more than I ever have. Martha seemed to visually explore my teeth before the cleaning started. I realized she used different techniques for different areas of my teeth and gentle, making me feel more relaxed because it gave me a feeling of a very professional hygienist.
