Warning! just like anything else please get other quotes within the area. Smile Designs has hidden fees, it will take them a entire year to complete anything, and if you are a senior citizen RUN! This place will be kind, sweet, might be clean but be aware.

Dr. Margulies is the best dentist I've ever been to. He takes his time and makes sure that I am satisfied every visit. I have extremely sensitive teeth and him and his staff have been very accommodating to that. The front office staff is great as well! I've had some pretty bad experiences with dentists, so I am elated to have found this office. I actually get excited for my appointments now

I have been a patient of Dr. Margulies for over 5 years, he has been the best dentist I have ever had. Firstly, his bedside manner is a model for what a medical profession should be; he shows empathy for any discomfort you have, thoroughness and honesty in his evaluation of your oral health and gentleness and precision with his dental work. I originally had dental phobia from bad experiences at the dentist, which has since disappeared since I met Dr. Margulies. I have had several crowns performed by him with no issues and I get compliments all the time on the way my teeth look. I recommend him highly; he will treat you like family and simply put you at ease as a dentist you can trust!

I came to the office of Smile Design for an appointment in August for an overdue checkup and cleaning. I was nervous as it had been quite some time since my last dental visit but Dr. Phennatda Polpornvutoon made me feel right at home and exceeded my expectations. After evaluating my teeth and learning of the extensive work that needed to be done I was given a couple options to choose from and thoroughly educated to make the right decision for me. Dr. Phen truly made this overwhelming time as easy as possible. I chose to go with the option of getting crowns on all my front teeth due to decay and after just a few visits they were done! She did such an incredible job and made my experience comfortable and pleasant each time. In fact, the entire staff made me feel this way. I can't even begin to express my gratitude for the office of Smile Design and will be scheduling all my future visits with them.

I have to have an emergency appointment and I had called around several places and they would not accept me. Smile Design accepted me Immediately. I needed for extractions before a brain aneurysm procedure. Dr Phen, Martha, Walter were exceptional, compassionate people. I just had to go back for a follow-up and another 20 minute procedure by Dr Phen, she did an excellent job and I now can smile big! I wouldn't go anywhere else now no matter what! This is my Dentistry and my dentist and my people that I trust completely. I have already recommended them to others. I am writing to share my experience with Dentist Phen she was the best dentist I have ever had and I have had a lot of dentist since I am 69 years young ! She is very gentle and caring. I have found my dentist for life !!!

I'm an existing patient and I have a toothache but they said they could not see me before my cleaning appointment in 8 days. Then, only the hygienist will see me then. Unbelievable, but they are taking new patients. Don't recommend this Dentist. Update: Found a dentist to help me and I need a root canal! I got a deep gum tissue cleaning in January 2022 and have followed up with gum cleanings this year. How did this happen? I'm shocked.

This is the wrote dentist love been too a year ago this month,l recieve upper partials that l could not even wear....After 3 adjust men's l ask to have remade no was the answer 10 visits later, l looked at my old partials they never correct for the over bite.in which my last to sets of partials were made correctly. Finally got to wear them they were not corrected enough the upper and lower Partails push against each other and destroy my gum line .they would not take Responsibility, another can't wear her bottom partials and another friend had issues with them, l am still suffering. Don't go to this dentist

Dr Margulies is a kind, caring and incredibly empathetic dentist. I am impressed by his bedside manner and attention to detail. He makes me feel incredibly comfortable in the dental chair and the quality of his work his very high. I would recommend him to anyone!

I just recently moved down here from Michigan to Florida and I needed to start up with a new dentist. My insurance ( Delta Care ) recommended Smiles Design dentistry . I will have to admit I was a little reluctant at first only because going to a new doctor you don't know what to expect ? But my experience with Jennifer that cleaned my teeth was GREAT , she used a different technique than I've ever had before I believe she called it ( Sonic cleaning ) I think. I have a lot of sensitive teeth from poor brushing throughout the years and let me tell you sometimes in the past when I had my teeth cleaned I just about went through the chair ! But with Jennifer and her expertise and this different procedure it was very quick and painless . Five stars. I thought it couldn't get any better until I had Dr Polpornvitoon take me from cleaning to doing eight different fillings. (All small from poor brushing and wearing braces when I was younger) Dr Polpornvitoon did her magic and only numbed me up in one spot ! If I could give more than five stars I would. She was Amazing ! My appointment was at 9:20 and I had everything done by 10:30 I was amazed at what they did in the small amount of time they had. Up north my dental procedures would have been dragged on for 6 months ! I am so happy with my experience at Smiles design that I've already recommended them to three of my friends which I'm sure they will all have the same experience that I had. Thank you for such a great experience, how many people can say that from going to a dentist. Lol

Extremely rude customer service, the male that answered the phone seemed like he had no interest in helping me as soon as he answered the phone, had an attitude the whole time, I was calling for my father has he doesn't speak English very well, after interacting with the very rude employee, I simply told my dad he should go elsewhere because they are rude! And then the employee who apparently also speaks Spanish got agitated at my comment said a few things and hung up. I'm sorry but no thank you, I'd rather take my father somewhere where I know he's not going to be disrespected without his knowledge as he doesn't speak English.

I went for a checkup today, everyone was very nice and professional. The establishment was very clean with TVs in the treatment rooms as well as large windows to look outside in the garden at the squirrels. It was very relaxing and entertaining in the short time I sat and waited. My fiance and I both felt it was the most thorough examination by the hygienist and Dr. that we've ever experienced.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND . Before going to Smile Design I saw 3 other dentist because of the extensive amount of work needed. Part of the work was a frontal bridge where my front two teeth were broken and would need a 5 crown bridge and the remaining front tooth extracted, but the extraction was not on his work plan. 3 other dentist told me it was not good dentistry to leave the broken tooth under a new bridge. The office manager told me he would not change anything on the plan. He had extra work on his plan even though the other dentist did not have the extra work on their proposals and I could go elsewhere if I wanted. I did, but still received a bill for $189.00 even thought I had no work done. I am glad I found out. I would never trust him, I am surprised he is still in practice.

To that, a treatment plan was presented to you in accordance with my professional opinion. There was never a discussion with you about what the three other dentists told you was not good dentistry, as that would be negligent and not within my standard of care. Both my office staff and I took the time to try and discuss your treatment on many occasions and we apologize that you disagree with our treatment. We never discourage patients from getting a second, or in your case; fourth opinion. We hope that you have found a provider that is more in line with your treatment goals. In terms of the bill that you received, you did have a dental procedure performed that was presented on your treatment plan as well signed and consented for, by you. The balance on your account is because your insurance did not pay the entirety of the procedure and it is therefore your responsibility. We would be happy to discuss this matter with you directly if you wish. To all my current and future patients: I will treat you as I would my family- with honesty, professionalism, and respect. I stand behind my integrity, that of our office staff and wish you all the best in health now and in the future.

I arrived at 1:50 pm for a 2:00 pm appointment this afternoon. As I sat in the waiting room, I watch clients that came in after me called for their exams. At 2:50 I asked if it was going to take much longer? The receptions disappeared and said she would check. When she came back to her desk about 5 minutes later she didn't address my issue. I then told them I was cancelling my appointment. Really bad service.

My mom went here to get new dentures. She paid almost 3,500. They fit improperly even after several fittings. Four months after getting her teeth she went into the hospital, I had to take her home with me to care for her for the next 6 months. When she went back she had her teeth adjusted twice then ran out of the one year time frame they give you for standing behind their work. They never fit properly with many adjustments and hurt her mouth so she couldn't wear them. Now 1yr and 4 months later they want to charge her an additional $500 to realign them ( what they should have done in the beginning). They never fit properly like they were falling out of her face and were very painful to wear. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Very sad day for customer relations. The only reason I left 1 star on this review is because it wouldn't post without any.

The best dentist I've been to in years! I've had really bad experiences before and was very nervous as I sat in the dental chair. Immediately the assistant noticed this and addressed my concerns, explaining everything to me to even talking to the dentist before he came in to work on my teeth. When he came in he also calmed me down and explained to me that it will all be ok, we got you. they sure did, and they performed what I needed done with no pain at all to me. I am so pleased with finding this dentist. Thank you so much!
