Shenade the office manager has been so pleasant to work with. She takes time to understand not only the financials but she is so knowledgeable with the clinical. I've NEVER been so happy! Absolute 5 stars! I would give 10 if there is an option! Excellent staff and service. The staffs know what they are doing and they look out for their patients and provide them what they actually need, especially Andrea Ramos! She is so professional, passionate, knowledgeable, and committed. Every time I go, it feels like meeting with a friend :) Strongly recommended!

My experience was great! I can't complain at all, they always treat me with a lot of caring and respect. Andrea took the time to do the work and the best of all I did not went thru any pain thank you for everything!

Stay far away from this place, I had a tooth extracted and the whole time they gave me problems. At several different points i had to suggest to my dentist what he should do... a simple extraction that should take a hour had me in the office for 3 hours so I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I had my first appointment there and found the office very professional and helpful. The assistant Shay explained the process to me and when I was seen by Dr. Tubio, she was great pointing out my problems. She suggested that I have a deep cleaning because it had been a couple years. And it was thoroughly done by Andrea. I think this was a great office and I would recommend it to anyone.

They did my gingivitis cleaning and Andrea was so educational. My teeth feel clean and on the road to recovery. Very nice staff and I'm happy to come here as a patient

Absolutely love this dentist and staff!! Andrea is the BEST hygienist. Yesterday, I fell asleep while having a cleaning... She is wonderful! I also had a billing issue and the ladies in the office worked with me to get it resolved. I cannot say enough about their kindness and willingness to help! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience coming in for the first time, I was with Andrea for my visit and she was very knowledgeable and friendly during the whole session, both her and Dr. Montoya are absolutely fantastic and they even have a sense of humor which makes the visits way more enjoyable!

I am so impressed with Dr. Montoya and his team at Smile Design Dentistry in Cassleberry. I have had the opportunity to meet each member of the staff on my visits and found them all to be very friendly and professional. They each took the time to explain the procedures and answer any questions I had. They work well as a team. Andrea has got to be the best hygentist ever. I recommend this location for all your dental needs.

My experience at smile design was amazing from start to finish. I was hesitant about getting my wisdom teeth removed but they walked me through the process and made it super simple. Such a great team of professionals who are the best at what they do. If you need to go to a dentist you'd be a fool not to come here. The office manager Shenade ensures to make it a happy & comfortable environment.

EXCELLENT WORK! Dr. Presley + Pamela is very gentle ! They made sure I don't feel no pain before my tooth out, they took off my tooth and I didn't feel not a single pain!
