This is a continuation of my first review a smile design in San Carlos Florida I have been put off for 6 months now since the last of June on getting my dentures 6 months to get a set of dentures that I have already paid for I don't know how anybody could give this place a rate of even one star I'm going to see an attorney and sue them if that tells you anything don't go to this place they are the worst the receptionist s are rude and they lie to you again stay away from this place

Filled a slight hole in my tooth and it came out in a week. Filed my 2 front teeth and now I can't bite in the front of my mouth. Worst dentist work I've ever had. Payed them approximately $300. Staff was not friendly.

Perfect and gentle are not good enough adjectives. I had been a "bad boy" and not gone for over a year but they graciously saw me and got me back on track. I tried some other "Johnny come lately" that opened closer to my home and it was a huge mistake. Trust these folks. Super kind, prices are very fair, too, and they even showed me a way to save $$ with a special discount program!!!

Called to make a new patient appointment. The woman who answered the phone didn't say her name and when I asked if she could help me with mashing an appointment she didn't say a word, the phone just started ringing. I assume she transferred me. I let the phone ring for 2 solid minutes and then it disconnects. Called back and explained what happened and asked to make an appointment. She said she'd be glad to help them the phone starts ringing again. Another 2 minutes of ringing and no answer. I'm pretty sure if they're so busy that they cannot answer their business phone but they probably don't have time to provide excellent care. On a positive note, at least they did answer the phone although they were of absolutely no help. I'll move on to the next one on the list.

My wife put a crown on one tooth, they left a provisional one poorly sealed and apart from putting the fixed one it took 2 months, as a result they put the fixed one but she already had an infection, the next day her mouth became inflamed and with pain, result end, apart from paying the crown, thousands more have to be root canal, doctor lack of knowledge or simply disinterested, is my way of thinking.

My 16 year-old son and I had a wonderful experience at Smile Design. The front desk was so friendly and helpful. Our cleaning was very thorough and gentle. I have sensitive teeth and they were very cognitive of this. Dr. Tribble answered all of my questions and concerns. I had to have 2 teeth pulled and he was very gentle and the healing has been perfect. Katia, the assistant who helped with procedure was very gentle and efficient. She made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. I will be having more work done soon. I would definitely recommend Smile Design in Cape Coral to anyone.

I wish there was a zero . Terrible experience with dental techs doing impressions on mouth ! Inexperienced third world country style treatment . After improper impressions.... Constant misunderstandings due to language barrier , and misinformation. THEY DONT EVEN REFER TO CHARTS TO KNOW THEIR PATIENTS. My bridge that cost me a couple of thousand for temporary purposes never fit right , crooked and higher than the other side of my mouth !!! AND they never tell you there's a cap on how many fittings you can have , rip off . I should have returned them right away !!!! Not only that ...they left a tooth that seriously interferes with the bridge . Go somewhere else for better care !!!!

the lady that answers the phone is very rude and needs to go back to training on proper customer service. i wish i had gotten her name so i could have exposed for what she really is.

Although the dental care is fine, the office is not friendly to work with. More than once, a confirmed appointment has been changed with no notice and when I show up at the appointed time, I am treated like I messed it up. I'm moving to another practice.

I'm new to the area and wanted to establish a relationship with a good dentist. My teeth are very healthy and I've always had cleanings every 6 months. All I wanted was a routine cleaning at this dental practice. The hygienist recommended additional services, which I declined. The dentist popped his head in for 60 seconds but did not perform an exam. The hygienist was very friendly and cleaned my teeth well so I scheduled a 6 month cleaning. A couple days before my appointment they cancel my it leaving a voicemail stating they only have 1 hygienist. When I called the office back, I'm told there are 2 hygienists working the day my appointment is scheduled but they can't see me because there's no openings. I reminded to receptionist I made the appointment 6 months ago! I asked to speak with a supervisor who of course never picked up or called. Then they had the nerve to send me an appointment reminder for 2 months from now. No thanks, I won't be back. Definitely 1 star!

I was a first time patient here . And I Really enjoyed coming to this practice , I got a very warm welcome coming here got greeted by Maddy , Jean at the front desk they answered all my questions and welcomed me here . The staff in the back were very under standing and went over everything with me and answered any questions that I had . I really recommend friends and family to come to this practice. Super clean place.

This office is Absolutely amazing starting from the front staff to the back staff and the Doctor I got a crown here it was my first one ever and they made me feel so comfortable and the experience was the best no pain. Highly recommend this office.

I so badly wanted to like this place. In November 2021 I went for a cleaning. The procedure was excellent. However, after I was asked to wait for the dentist, I was left waiting for 15 minutes before I got up and left. The front office personnel asked me, "What's wrong?" To which I replied that waiting around for that duration without anyone updating me was asinine at best. Mind you, while I was waiting, the office personnel were chatting out in the hallway about the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. There is nothing wrong about that. However, if chatting distracts you from your clientele then that is a problem. So, I leave with the intent of calling later and scheduling my 6-month cleaning. A few days go by and my daughter's cleaning appointment comes up. The DAY of her appointment, just hours before, I receive a call stating that their hygienist is out and cannot be available. The receptionist elaborates even farther to explain that the person is in the hospital. I replied that I understood and we could reschedule. Today, I receive a phone call, stating the exact same statement, as though it is read from a script. I refuse to be treated this way. I have to put in for time off with my employer, and my time is just as valuable as a dentist, or any other person. When I come to your office, I expect to be treated as a person, and my time to be treated with the same respect you'd expect from me (to be on time, to inform me of changes or delays, and adjust as necessary). I will be choosing a new dentist that values my time and treats our relationship as a business agreement that has mutual respect.

Caution...If you use this Dental office be ready for extremely high additional charges..$180 for a Gel plug to put in a simple tooth extraction and $75 to "Wash out the hole left by the extraction...Dr Tribble is professional but the additional charges above 100 percent dental coverage are truly outrageous..Avoid this practice at all costs...
