Not worth it. Got my braces done here price was reasonable but the retainers they gave me where to big and would fall off my teeth. I let them know they told me that's how they're supposed to be. I wanted to get a replacement that fit better the told me it would be $408 for just the top clear retainer and another $408 for the bottom one. Went somewhere else and they charged me $160 for each peace and they were better quality and fit great! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

En esta clinica son unos rateros a mi hijo le hicieron el tratamiento de ortodoncia por dos ano de y solo me robaron .. el nino necesitaba extracciones para corregir sus dientes y el nunca lo hizo, argumentando que no lo necesitaba y yo de tonta le crei porque se supone que es un profesional .. despues de 3 meses regrese porque los dientes se le estan volviendo a salir y me dijo que yo tengo la culpa porque nunca les dije que no me gusto como le quedaron y que no tiene garantia , que necesito pagar otra vez para un tratamiento de dos anos... La manager Maria y el doctor estan de acuerdo para robar .. son unos ladrones ... carisimo el tratamiento, esto es una pesadilla.

Got my braces done here! They did an excellent job over a 2 year time frame and my smile changed significantly for the better! I recommended this dentist to family and friends and come here for cleanings and check-ups. Wait time from 5-30 minutes depending on the amount of people and if you have appointment, staff is very friendly and I felt very safe and comfortable with the clean and safety precautions in place due to the pandemic. They have really improved considering the reviews below. I got 2 premolar extractions and a surgery for my braces treatment and it was quick and did not hurt at all easy healing and very well done, I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dental treatment.

I was at this dental office last year, I like the staff, friendly. I got root canal last year, I got a good price for porcelain very good job. Today I had an appointment to pull out one wisdom tooth. I was surprised to see in updated on their dental equipment. Fast and very professional staff, I had two pulled out the doctor did it so fast!!! I was specting a lot a pain or bleeding. Front desk was very nice checking all of my options that my insurance didn't cover, thank you so much!! I recommend this office!!!

Four years ago I went to this office for braces he pulled out two teeth on the top charged me $200 I stopped going for other issues ... So know I am going to a different dentist and they say those teeth weren't suppose to be extracted and know I have extra space and need to pay implants, besides my bite got worst because I need those teeth !!! I am so angry I cried going home I hate this dentist do NOT go there they will just take your money I honestly think they have no idea what there doing and I'm a certified dental asst and they don't have a sanitary office(main reason why I chooses a different dentist) !!! Worst experience of my life.

Manager tried to sell me a temporary bridge for $300 for a week when every other place is free and included with the permanent bridge. When I said I don't want a temporary then, she pretended to talk to the Dentist and came back to say he said he wouldn't charge me for it. I left and went to Happy Dental on Sierra, south of Slover - 5 stars.

This is by far the nastiest and most unsanitized dentist clinic ever. They had me wait on that dentist seat after my xray was done, and while waiting for the dentist, I happened to look up on the light above my face & noticed that it was covered by some residue from previous treatment/cleaning. It looked disgusting and it seemed like it has never been cleaned. After my consultation with Dr Hwang, I discussed some payment options with Maria(receptionist) regarding the treatment that the dentist suggested me to do which was deep cleaning and braces. Nothing else was done other than the xrays. Few weeks later I found a better dentist clinic and they told me that I cannot get my treatment there coz my insurance has already been charged for the cleaning that I got from Dr Hwang's clinic. So they charged my insurance for something that they've never done for me. I contacted Dr Heang's office and happen to speak with Maria and her reply was "well I remembered we polished your teeth that day"...seriuosly? After seeing their unsanitary dental utensils I would never let them touch my teeth. So after arguuing back to this Maria lady, she put me on hold then came back and told me that if I can come in today, they'll do the cleaning for me. No that's not what I wanted. I want you guys to reimburse the charge back to my insurance so that I can get my cleaning done at my new dentist. They are such rip off. You all need to be careful coz it seemed like they have been doing this for a while. Now I have to wait til they're done reimbursing the charge so that I can get my cleaning done!
