Although the staff is extremely nice, I feel as though this place is just in for the money. I went for a cleaning, which my insurance covered, then was charged $89. I supposedly had gingivitis, plus they used floride without asking me if I wanted it. Then went for a cavity filling, and all the dentist did was covered the cavity without working on the tooth. For this work they charged a hefty amount to my insurance and I ended up paying out of pocket about $140. Then they ended up sending me an invoice for $39 for a filling the insurance did not cover. Beware before you do any dental work at this place. They act like like they care, but all they care about is money.

Dr. McClendon was very compassionate, friendly, and as painless as possible. He knew his "stuff". I have never had.to wait to be seen, as at most doctors; if your appointment is at 10:00 that is when you will be seen. The staff seems very knowledgeable, and friendly too. Dr. McClendon is retired now and his replacement is not as experienced.

I left after sitting in the chair for 2 hours and never seeing the "doctor". This guy is NOT Dr. McClendon.

I have searched many years for a great dentist and now I have found one. Great overall experience staff, and dentist. I can never thank you enough.

October 12,2021 had a 10:00 appointment to receive a crown... they worked on my tooth for approximately one hour , with impressions taken of the tooth. I was sent away with a temporary crown, $501.00 paid in full, and an appointment for today , November 4, 2021 @ 8:30 a.m. I arrived 15 minutes early, sat in waiting area for 28 mins. ONLY to be taken to a back room, and told my crown had not arrived, and that I had to re- do the impression, and re- schedule for another appointment three more weeks.... They appear to have no real concern for what this meant for me, and talked about it as though is was no big deal, and that this happens all the time... this has never happened to me , nor anything like this, and I have been going to that location for 18 years under Dr. McClendon.... I miss Dr. McClendon, and I wish he was still here, not those who practice and pretend to get it right, when they admitted themselves, they get it wrong a lot.... Waiting for my re- fund....

The original dentist retired and smile design moved in. I gave every opportunity possible giving the change a chance. I experienced long wait times in an empty office waiting room , the manager eating at the front desk in front of me and her computer saying they are too busy to take lunch, overt concerns about getting paid for their services despite previous payment history, small cramped spaces, increased costs of visits due to additional unnecessary procedures and products and the lack of sincere consideration for a client. I can't help but feel I have been taken advantage of and I will not tolerate that. I will not show loyalty to a building. And don't believe they follow up to rectify the issues.

Erika is phenomenal!!! She cleaned my teeth today. I was surprised to find out at the time of my appointment that Dr. McClendon has retired and that my former hygienist had also left. Well ALL of my concerns were alleviated. The level of care I received from Erika was nothing short of amazing. I don't like change but Erika and the new Dentist are a God send! Extremely happy they're here. This is coming from someone who's had several oral surgeries and sensitive teeth. If you're like me you won't be disappointed at all!

I am completely terrified of dental work, mainly my fault because most trips are not exactly planned. The crew that has worked on me twice now have taken a lot of my stress away. Great price and amazing work. Super gentle and very transparent. I appreciate all that they do, and had to leave a review! Definitely will recommend to anyone.

Very nice and organized office. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a primary dentist. Level of care was excellent. Dental hygienist Erika Olvera did amazing with my deep clean. She was very efficient and thorough, my teeth felt smooth and clean as they should after my appointment.

Dr. Shimansky and his office staff are great. The atmosphere is awesome! Lisa the office manager and Andrea her assistant are always friendly. My hygienist Erika did a great job and she calmed my apprehension about the dental procedure the doctor would perform and put my mind at ease. This is my " forever" dentist. I have recommended this dentist office to my family and friends, everyone should experience the great customer service they provide.

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing and nice everyone is. From the personable receptionist and office manager, Andrea and Lisa, to the informative and kind dental assistant, Erica, and of course the incredible hygienist Blanca. All of you are exceptional at what you do and made my first trip to the dentist in many (MANY) years a total breeze. Now I'm excited to go regularly... Gold stars across the board!!
