I went in for my first appointment yesterday to see Dr. Stacie about getting Invisalign braces. The staff that helped me schedule my appointment and helped me with my paperwork and with the exam itself were all so incredibly friendly and helpful (10-out-of-10: everyone was fantastic). They were extremely accommodating helping me get an appointment time that would fit my schedule. The office itself was clean and cozy feeling. The exam was quick and painless and all of my questions and concerns were answered. Dr Stacie was very kind, attentive and informative. I am a person who is normally a little anxious around dental visits but everyone really made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and listened to. A previous dentist told me not to bother with Invisalign because I wouldn't qualify or it would cause other problems with my crowns, but Dr Stacie told me that not only did I qualify, but it would be a significantly shorter time frame than I was expecting. I did sign up for the treatment plan. I'm very excited and can't wait to see my new smile in 14 months.

I went for a quote several months ago. Since then, I have been inundated with follow up phone calls, email, texts and mail. I used every method to have them stop including sending letters to the dentist there and they continued to contact me. Today they sent a text to my emergency contact which I mistakenly gave. I called and spoke to Dawn and she assured me it would not happen again. We shall see. Not only at they unbelievably expensive but they are ignorant. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have been going to Design Dental Spa for 3 years now. They are attentive, caring, and my dentist does an amazing job. My teeth have never looked better and have never been in better health. Their prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend them

Really very disappointed, I decided to go to this place because of the reviews it has, but the experience was terrible, I went for a cavity filling, the filling lasted only two days and fell off, but thanks to that I could see that they did not even remove the fourth part of the carie, I went again to see if they could give me my money back and they told me no, the only option was that they could redo the work for me without charging me anything else since the work had been done. I don't understand how they can say that, when practically the work was a joke. Obviously I just wanted my money back because I no longer had confidence that they would do anything to me there again. My advice: find a better and honest dentist.
