Visited 10/20/2022 I URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY!!!!! SHAME ON YOU DR. SABRINA GARCES!!! SHAME ON YOU! MIND YOU, THIS IS MY SON'S FIRST VISIT TO THE DENTIST, EVER! Raul doesn't introduce himself nor does he have bedside manner. Raul calls in Dr. Sabrina Garces and this is when everything went to hades. First of all, she did not introduce herself, but Raul informed me that she is referred to as Dr. G, so that is how I greeted her. Immediately, she began to work with Raul going over my son's x-rays. She began mentioning crowns and extractions and at this point I needed further information. She has no bedside manner as well! Garces stated that my son had 6 cavities that needed crowns. I then interjected to ask how many surfaces. If you are not aware, you should know that the surface levels are the levels of enamel of the tooth that are affected by the cavity and need to be drilled out to clean out the cavity. Four surfaces is typically right above the nerve and typically means that the tooth is not salvageable. Four surfaces is root canal and crown time, so try to never get that far. Dr. Garces informed me that my son's cavities are ONE SURFACE! So, imagine my dismay when she wanted to place a crown on teeth that have cavities one surface deep!!! I told her no!! Absolutely not! I asked her, "YES OR NO, ONE SURFACE CAN BE FILLED WITH SIMPLE RESIN COMPOSITE?" She said yes very lightly, but that we need to put a crown. I said, "Why? It's only one surface and it is on a primary teeth!" I continued and said, "that is unnecessary trauma and I will not subject him to that. I want a second opinion because one surface do not need crowns and why would I crown teeth that are going to fall out ANYWAY?" I go to the dentist every 3 months. I know about surfaces and dental medicine. I said, "No, you want to put crowns because you want to charge my insurance more money!" I told her I want the treatment plan, I want the xrays emailed to me immediately. I informed her, "I will get a second and a third opinion from a reputable dentist who I am sure will tell me that there is no need to crown a tooth with a one surface level cavity especially as a primary tooth. A doctor like you just wants to charge insurance more money and I will be filing an insurance fraud claim because you are inciting extraneous dental work that is unnecessary. When I said that, she stated that I should have a nice day and left the room. The lady at the front desk emailed me the xrays and provided the treatment plan authorized by Dr. Sabrina Garces. How about THE TREATMENT PLAN HAD NO MENTION OF CROWNS!!!! How miraculous that all of a sudden he didn't need crowns anymore. If she stood on her statements, the crowns would have been included as a necessity on her treatment plan as she told me verbally in front of Raul, the dental hygienist. You know that this means that my claim is correct that Dr. Sabrina Garces charges insurance companies for work that does not need to be done. She is a fraudulent doctor and should not be practicing. She is preying on parents who are not as knowledgeable as I to frighten them into believing that she must know what she is saying. At the end of the day, my son would have to endure these treatments and I WILL NOT subject him to any undue procedures. Education is key people. DO NOT TAKE A DENTIST'S WORD FOR IT! GET A 2nd, 3rd, and 4th OPINION PRIOR TO MAKING DECISIONS ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN'S DENTAL CARE! Oh, PLEASE LEARN THE TERMINOLOGY PEOPLE! Dentists speak in their medical jargon (language) that they hope you won't understand. Dr. Garces, I PRAY THAT THIS REVIEW HELPS OTHERS KEEP THEIR CHILDREN AWAY FROM YOU!!!! I will be filing an insurance and medicaid fraud complaint on you right now, Dr. Garces!

I just met with Dr. Baghaei and his team, I don't normally leave reviews however working in the medical field I felt the need to express my gratitude. It was such a pleasant experience from checking in to checking out. The staff were all so sweet, the dental asst was also very kind. Lastly, Dr. Baghaei was so accommodating. I have a major fear of dentist and dental procedures however first time ever I felt so comfortable and confident in the team. Thanks for all your help today.

Not very happy I needed to have new wax rings for my implants so that they would latch on to what was drilled into the bone. I went for my hygiene appt but the doctor wasn't there and I was told only he could approve new wax rings and that they had to be ordered. What am I the only person that had ever needed new ones. So they were ordered and I work until 5pm every day . I could be at the office by 5:10 but he refused to wait for me to do this . So now that they are not gripping well they could fall out at any time. I also could have met the doctor at the office before work but he would it come in early for me either . He wanted me to drop off the dentures and then pick them up later in the day . So what do I do go hungry all day or have a liquid diet until I get them after work ?

Here's a great story about being over charged. I have been going to this office for about 3 years now. Around May of this year I had a little something going on with my eye tooth. They checked the issue out with an X-ray and found nothing. The dentist thought that maybe my bottom teeth were hitting my top teeth and was causing some discomfort. He filed the tooth down and sent me on my way. 3 months later I go back to the dentist and tell him that I feel some sort of discomfort. He takes another x-ray and says that I have an abscess and I need root canal. The front desk assistant comes back into the examining room with the cost of the root canal. The cost was $3,584.00. I questioned whether or not that was for just one tooth. She said yes and I told her that I had to think about it and I left the office. I had to go to New Jersey to visit my family about 2 weeks later and made an appointment with the dentist that I used to use when I lived in that area. He did a root canal, cleaned out the abscess and fill the tooth for..... Are you ready for this? $584.00 I strongly believe that because it was a front tooth, this office feels like you would become more desperate and say yes to the overpriced work faster than if it was a molar. I don't even know what else to say. When this office gave me the printout of the work I needed done with the dental codes, I went home and looked up the dental codes that were on the printout. Dental codes are basically a guideline of the cost of work to be done. The codes that I added up came to $1,288.00. so basically they wanted three times the amount listed on the dental code prices. I read all the bad reviews and they're about over charging! Be careful with this office that's all I am saying! Not all dentist charge the same! These guys probably drive Ferrari's.

I went here prior to COVID for cleanings, etc. Was told I needed a root canal and did have that done. The crown was enormous! I went back saying it was too big, but they insisted it was perfect. They sold me expensive products and attempted to sell me a waterpik for over $200. I got the same one on Amazon for WAY less. They presented me with a crazy high treatment plan for more work they said I needed. (whitening, braces, other cosmetic services). I declined, but they called and texted constantly to get me in for an appointment. That combined with the poor customer service there turned me off. Lots of good reviews for this place, but my dentist at this place was incompetent. Fast forward to now. I broke a tooth last Sunday and got in Monday at Ideal Dental. AMAZING experience. Wonderful, nice and caring staff and the doctor was just the best. He informed me that the giant crown needed to be replaced. I went back today for that and he said it was so big, it caused food to stay stuck between that and the next tooth which because of that, I had a cavity and needed a filling. He completed all the work in one visit and I don't feel like I have a boulder in my mouth with a giant crown.

I Loveeee this office! I came here back in 2017 one day I chipped my tooth and went here that same day and they fixed it without having to schedule a later appointment- Here it is 5 years later I had been having wisdom teeth pain and I came here for just a consultation but they were able to pull my teeth the same day . I absolutely love the dentist HE IS AMAZING- Dr.A - not only him , even the front office is super nice and professional- every other dentist I went to within the 5 years kept having me to reschedule this or that but at this office They truly care about their patients. I'd recommend this office to the entire world . Btw - I didn't feel a thing during the wisdom teeth extraction and recovery so far is going great. - Xaijah

Check with your insurance hoy much they covered for a treatment because this place will tell you a very lower amount and then getting more money from your insurance company on top of the payment you made... now I will fight my refund because this is stealing.. Bad experiencie

Very disappointed. I've been going to Dr. Azar since Dec 2015. He knew I had a fear of needles and pain and made me feel comfortable each time I came in. I even referred my entire staff to their office. Unfortunately I've been experiencing pain for 5 weeks. Tried to schedule an appointment and the appointment was 2 weeks out. I've NEVER had to wait 5 weeks. Unfortunately as great of a dentist he is, his staff has gotten more and more unprofessional and very unkind.

I went to Dr. Azar because I had an infection in my lower jaw and complications from grinding my teeth. I also was having problems in my lower back from a decades old motorcycle accident so I was not thinking properly from so much pain. I am glad I went to Dr Azar's office because from the help I received from the ladies at the front desk to his assistants the team had put me at ease because of their empathy and experience. I had great guidance and everyone was super helpful that helped ease the pain I was fighting. I am on the road to recovery and am thankful I can share my experience. When you have a team and a doctor that is professional and empathetic it is easy to trust them to take care of you which allowed me to concentrate on fighting my pain.

My wife and I just went her for our first and last visit. When we booked our appointments we told them it had been almost 3 years since we had seen a dentist and both needed exams and cleanings. They were seemingly caught off guard about us needing cleanings and only had 1 hygienist working. We were rushed the whole time. Until my wife sat in a chair for 45 mins waiting for her cleaning. Except no one told her what was going on. I was brought to another room for my cleaning and as they were finishing had a bill for $165 stuck in my face. When I explained this was unexpected and I didn't really have the money to pay but would obviously the hygienist laughed and said "it's nothing". I guess when it's not your money it is nothing. So after the cleaning they did I had to turn down the required after care products to be able to afford to pay my bill. So what was the point of doing the work if you don't go over costs prior to make sure the patient can afford it.
