Super nice place, with very friendly staff. It's worth the trip to Centralia vs. Columbia. Services are more than fairly priced. I will not use any other dentist office than this one. Pay attention to my review and go there, you'll be glad you did!

Great staff and dentist. Very progressive with latest equipment. Compassionate with disabled patients too. Hygienist ets 'em clean with delicate touch.

Had 2 root canals done and crowns put on just a year ago! I originally asked to have them just pulled and Dr Hardin and her assistant told me that they were more than salvageable. Wow , just fell out like she used some Elmers glue or something. Her office was not the friendliest either !! Just giving a good heads up before you go there. Better look again!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have an infected wisdom tooth that has had me in so much pain. I called them & scheduled an appointment they couldn't get me in for almost a month. Well my pain got so bad I just called the next day, told them my situation, & asked if there was any way possible to get me in that day. They told me to just go ahead, come up there, & try to squeeze me in. I had to wait a little bit but nothing like I thought I was going to. The staff was super friendly & I just can not thank them enough.

I recently had four veneers replaced with Dr Hardin. She made me feel very comfortable, even though I was nervous. Her office is bright, clean, and modern, and her staff are very professional and accommodating. She did an excellent job, and I love my new smile!

I live East of Columbia and Centralia so I decided to try out Rachel M Hardin DDS. I parked right up front on Allen Street, easy to find. The office. Is warm, cute and cozy. The office and nursing staff are friendly and professional. The hygienist was knowledgeable and easy on my mouth in cleaning and x-rays. Rachel Hardin, was quick, thorough and friendly. I'm happy to have a new dentist.

Always friendly professional and give you their best. Dr. Hardin gives the best shots I've ever had and had many, can hardly tell she does it I suggested her to my daughter who lives in st.charles now her and daughter comes. We have been going to dr. Hardin approximately 4 years still totally please my husband and myself,daughter,granddaughter, brother and sister in law. Her team are very professional too.
