Dr. Zachary Sisler is a native of Kingwood, WV. He attended West Virginia University where he received an undergraduate degree in Chemistry in three years, and he continued his education at the WVU School of Dentistry earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree. During his time at dental school, he explored the field of dentistry by completing Externships and Honor programs in Oral Surgery and Endodontics. As a further testament to his dedication, he was honored with the following awards: Simon P. Hullihen Scholarship Award for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, American Association of Endodontics Student Achievement Award, American Association Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Student Award, Whip Mix 2010 Hanau Prosthodontic Award, Delta Dental Student Leadership Award, and the Quintessence Book Award for Restorative Dentistry.
Since graduation, Dr. Sisler has immersed himself in countless hours of Continuing Education. He enjoys traveling to new cities to hear some of the best speakers in the dental profession. Dr. Sisler has attended lectures and hands-on courses at the prestigious Dawson Academy where he has learned how to properly and predictably restore complex cases not only from a functional standpoint but cosmetic as well. Dr. Sisler was asked to become an Associate Faculty Member of the Dawson Academy and while continuing his own continuing education pursuits, dedicates time to teaching dental professionals the concepts of Complete Dentistry.
Zachary Sisler, DDS, AAACD, has earned the Accredited Member credential in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) joining an elite group of dental professionals who have successfully completed the Accreditation process in the Academy. He is 1 of 417 to achieve this status of cosmetic dentistry in the world.
Dr. Sisler has a strong passion for dentistry and the pursuit of excellence in all aspects, particularly cosmetic dentistry. He holds memberships with the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Pennsylvania Academy of General Dentistry, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Harrisburg Area Dental Society, American Equilibration Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Sisler was chosen by his colleagues as one of The Top Dentists in the Susquehanna Valley in 2012 and 2015 in the Susquehanna Style Magazine. In addition, Dr. Sisler has also been recognized as one of the Top Dentists in the USA consistently since 2012 by www.USAtopdentists.com. This is a prestigious honor which is only granted to those who were voted upon by their peers.
During his free time, Dr. Sisler enjoys volunteering and spending time with his wife, and four children. Dr. Sisler has completed three Mission of Mercy Dental Clinics providing access to care for underserved people and has traveled as far as Guatemala to complete dental mission work. He also enjoys golfing, skiing, and crafting pottery.
Crystal joined the practice eight and a half years ago. She serves as a dental assistant. She is originally from western Maryland, but now lives in Shippensburg with her husband and three children. When not following her families sports exploits, she loves to travel.
Melissa joined our office over seven years ago and serves as one of our dental hygienists. She is married with two boys that keep her very busy outside the office.. In her spare time she enjoys fishing, cooking, hiking and spending time with her family.
Jill joined our office over three years ago and serves as a patient care coordinator. She is married and has two children. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, volunteering at her childrens school, and spending time with her family.

I attended the over the shoulder course with Dr. Sisler, it was a phenomenal experience! He spared nothing and put so much of his time and effort into welcoming everyone and making it the best it could be. Everything went as planned and this unique experience allowed me to ask any questions I might have had while it's all being completed live. Food and accommodations were definitely up to par, the Mexican taco bar for lunch and popcorn was fire! Thank you very much Dr. Sisler, look forward to keeping in touch as having you as a resource.

Dr. Sisler and his team are so warm and welcoming! I had the opportunity to travel across the country to visit his office for an over the shoulder continuing education course. This course was absolutely a life changing experience. From the moment you step in the office you are inspired by the incredible smiles that are displayed along the walls of happy patients. The course was intimate and small allowing a participant to be fully engaged and ask questions that one may be too timid to ask in a big lecture hall. It outlines protocols from A-Z and makes you feel more confident that you can provide the same level of service in your own practice. Within the course we were given the chance to watch Dr. Sisler and his team work on two patients over that weekend, and not only is Dr. Sisler a skilled clinician but he truly cares about changing the lives of his patients. From the level of detail he goes into working up a case to delivering a beautiful final result, he definitely has the patients interests in mind. If you ever have the opportunity to get work done at this office, take it from another dentist, that you are in not only for a wonderful experience but a beautiful, healthy, and functional smile!!!

Dr. Zach Sisler is an incredibly talented dentist and educator. I attended his over the shoulder CE course and it was an awesome experience. I would highly recommend taking his course if you are looking to get into esthetic dentistry. If you're looking to be a patient, you won't find a better dentist as his beautiful work speaks for itself. I can't thank Dr. Sisler and his team enough for welcoming us into his practice!

I have been absolutely blown away by the professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and enthusiasm demonstrated by the entire team at Smile Design by Sisler! I first came to Dr. Sisler in July 2021 to correct bondings that had been placed on my front two teeth after they had chipped over time. As Miss Pennsylvania 2021, I knew it was important to seek out the best cosmetic dental care possible in anticipation of the Miss America competition in December. Dr. Sisler and his team go above and beyond with each of their patients and they do not skip any details (warm hand towel at the end...you cannot beat that). They provide high quality comprehensive dentistry and are changing the world one smile at a time. I recently had the absolute pleasure to attend Dr. Zach Sisler's hands on veneer course. It was such an amazing experience, the info he provided was truly one of a kind! From the moment you walk in, until you walk out, the experience you receive with Dr.Sisler and his team is magnificent! All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable environment in a place many are "afraid of." Dr.Sisler is very knowledgeable on current cosmetic dentistry practices to serve any of his current and future patients! Highly recommend for those in need of any dental/hygiene related services in close proximity of Shippensburg!

Wants to portray the image of a top notch "expert" but don't let that fool you. Sisler wouldn't stand behind his work, and pretty much told my husband and I that we had to go to another office to get his mess fixed. So now I'm in the process of having to get two front dental implants removed and fixed by another office. Sisler put in the wrong abutments for the two front dental implants along with poorly shaped crowns and failed to send me for additional gum surgery during my process. Shame, that he doesn't know that word of mouth can be your best advertisement, because I had a lot of clientele, family, friends and co-workers that was also interested in getting implants and dental work done. But now they'll just take their business and go elsewhere.

I was so happy with my experience. From the time I walked in the door everyone was very friendly and helpful! I am someone who gets nervous going to the dentist but I can honestly say I felt relaxed and at ease during my visit. I was so happy with the results of my teeth whitening. I would definitely recommend Smile Design by Sisler.

Dr. Sisler is awesome! Very caring and gets you through the hardest dental procedure. And does great work. As a TMJ sufferer, first time in a year and half no clicking or cracking when I eat or open my mouth. The staff is outstanding from the time you enter the door you are treated with kindness and care. Highly recommend!! Treated more like a family member than a patient.......
