I don't know even where to begin with how happy I am with everything about Smile Design by Dr. Becerra. The entire time the communication was wonderful , they are literally the kindest and most welcoming people you will ever meet ! I felt like I was dealing with family every single time we talked and especially when I came in for my appointments. They were very informative and also the turn around time was very quick ! I know people that have waited weeks / even months between their appointments, but they ran their schedule very efficiently and I got in and out very quickly ! I have had everyone complimenting me since having gotten my new Veneers , and I feel much more confident and can't stop smiling. If your needing any dental work ESPECIALLY cosmetic dental, THIS is the place to go !! I cannot recommend this enough ! 5 stars easily !!

I've always had a BIG smile, it is the first thing most people notice about me and something I've always been self conscious about. I had tetracycline staining from being given the antibiotic for ear infections as a baby, my teeth were also very brittle, and I had high sensitivity. I got composite over my teeth about 5 years ago, after having done research and being convinced by my previous dentist in North Carolina that I had to get composite prior to veneers. (THIS IS FALSE). I've done research for the last 5 years on where to get my veneers done officially that won't break the bank and also has the best quality of work. I stumbled upon Smile Design Miami & Dr. Becerra from Instagram posts, and I am so happy that I did. It was around a time they had this promotion going on, that was nearly 50% if not 60-70% less expensive than other quotes I'd received from local and out of state. I had veneers put on nearly every single tooth in my mouth because of how wide my smile is, and they worked with me to develop the best plan for my future care and maintenance, and timing--I've never felt so comfortable in a dental office. They're not the facility that will lie to get extra money, they're not interested in scamming people, they're the most wonderful group of individuals I've met down in South Florida since I moved here 2 years ago. They did X-rays to start and straight up said whether or not you decide to work with us, we want you to have the full picture of what we're seeing you need--take it to another office and get another perspective if you'd like, we want to make sure you're doing the best thing for you and that you feel supported in what YOU need because you're the one walking away with the end results. I've never had anybody so confidently assert their genuine concern for my well-being in a dental office. The employees for the most part, all speak Spanish (and some speak English), I myself don't speak much Spanish but regardless of the language barrier they were all kind, and helpful, and took care of me like I was part of their family. They hugged me after different steps of the process, they hugged me when I walked in and before I left. I definitely have a sensitive mouth, and they were receptive to anytime I was in pain or had any questions. Nothing was done without my approval, and I don't give my stamp of approval lightly, I take all things into consideration--this is the BEST place to go to for dental work. The financing options, the personal touch, the intentional care for your well-being, the inclusion in every step in the process, I can't say enough good things about this team. I am so overwhelmingly happy with my smile. I feel confident and beautiful, and my teeth look incredible. I get compliments daily. 100/10 stars--highly recommend. Thank you again for transforming my smile and making me feel beautiful!

Where do I start. From my initial phone call of my first Over The phone Consultation was no less then Amazing. The staff was very good at explaining how the entire Dental process would work. Being that I was not located locally in the Miami area. They made sure that I knew and had the proper information needed before my first initial visit into the office. On March 14th, 2022 I was greeted at the door with a Warm Embracing Hug from Dr. Becerra herself. Who does that!! This Lady is Absolutely Amazing I immediately fell in Love with her (My Rose ) and Chris. The Entire Staff handled me with Sooo Much Care. I received a set of 20 Porcelain Veneers and I am so pleased with the work the entire team done for me. I walked out of the Office with a Million Dollar Smile in 2 days. And it was one of the best decisions I've made. I can't stop Smiling . If you're looking for a Dental place to receive some Amazing Dental Work. Go and see Dr. Becerra and her Amazing Staff at Smile Design Miami. You won't be disappointed.

I switched to Dr. Becerra's office 5 years ago and can honestly say that was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Everything about her office is so welcoming, starting from the moment you walk in, greeted with a warm but professional staff who genuinely care about you. I know I can always count on Dr. Becerra and her team for any issues or just routine cleanings. They will not let you down, I have recommended this place to all my friends and family!

There will never be enough things I can say! From the minute you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome, I felt like home. I got porcelain veneers, and I was unsure if I would get the outcome I wanted since previous dental clinics have told me that it would be impossible, but they overpassed my expectations!! Not only did they give me the smile I wanted, but they made sure every inch was perfect. This place will not let you leave without every bit being perfect and exactly how you want it! Also, I traveled from another state on a time limit, and it's amazing how they were able to do it in less than a week which was so convenient! They truly changed my life and now I can say that I love my smile. I am forever grateful for you guys!! Anyone who reads this do not even think about going anywhere else, this is the spot!

From the minute I made contact with Christian and Dr. Becerra, I knew this would be the place where I would get my million dollar smile from! After a FaceTime consult(I live in NJ), the office was able to get me into the schedule fairly soon and I flew down to Miami. As soon as I was seen by the staff, I felt comfortable and confident that I had made the right decision. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental staff and especially Christian, made me feel like family. My case was a bit complicated due to a pre-existing canine tooth that was impacted so I had to have a minor procedure to get it extracted. Dr. Alsad, the oral surgeon, was amazing throughout the process and made it as comfortable as possible for someone like me who hates needles. After the healing process I was right back in Miami to complete the process. Christian and Dr. Becerra worked hard to make sure my smile design was nothing short of perfect. They truly do pay a lot of attention to detail. They will answer all your questions and are very patient. During my time between NJ and FL, I was always able to contact and get a reply from Christian. Finally when they big day came to cement my new smile design, it was a seamless process with an AMAZING RESULT! I am forever grateful to Dr. Becerra and all the staff in her practice. The way the cheer for you from the minute you walk in is amazing. She even had breakfast for me the day of my procedure so I can have something before the procedure started. Truly top notch care. Thank you all for everything!!! My new smile has truly given me new life and new confidence. I love you guys.
