Dr. Hashim and Dr. Lo are wonderful. I used to be not very keen on going to the dentist, but after finding Smile Design I couldn't be happier. Honestly looking forward to my next cleaning which is something I never thought I'd say. Everyone from the desk to the hygienist and the Doctors are pleasant and accommodating.

I recently decided to work with Smile Design for my dental and orthodontic treatment. I am so impressed by the professionalism and knowledge this group has. Dr. Lo is fantastic. Her approach to address my dentals needs is superb and I love her sense of humor. Alessandra, the Hygienist, is a love. She is so smooth and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Literally the best recurring dental experience of my life. I actually enjoy going to my cleanings. Alessandra is an amazing hygienist and is thorough and completes cleanings quickly without discomfort. I recommend Dr. Hashem and Smile Design to anyone I know that is looking for great dental care!

We have been patients of Dr. Hashem for about three years. He is a professor of dentistry at B.U. The office has state of the art dental technology, with interesting art on the walls, and a good sound system. The dental hygienists are excellent. Smile Design is not inexpensive, but the level of skill is far above any of the other offices i have visited over the years. The best....

Dr Lo is amazing! I have been going to her for almost 20 years! I had so much anxiety about the dentist when I first started going to her and I have had to get a lot of work done throughout the years. She is so patient, gentle and understanding. I would recommend her to anyone!! She makes the dental experience so much better for people with dental anxiety!

On November 3rd, I saw Dr. Jess Liu for the extraction of a molar. It went beautifully. The procedure itself was seamless, quick, and easy, and the most amazing part was I never had any pain, neither during nor after the surgery nor after I came home and the anesthesia wore off. Not even later or the next day or any time since, and it's been a week now. Such a pleasant and unexpected surprise! Thanks you very much for your exceptional skill and attention. I have always had anxiety around going to the dentist due to some horrible experiences. But Smile Design Boston is the best dental experience I've had. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I was extremely pleased with all the dental work I had completed. It gave me the confidence to smile again. I fully recommend Smile Design Boston.
