Nothing but rave reviews for this office and their dentists and staff. They are understanding and compassionate with their patients. They were able to calm and reassure my autistic teenage daughter who is very fearful and anxious going to get her teeth cleaned. I want to thank the hygienist Annmarie and Dr. Na for today they reassured me and explained things to me better than any office could. Due to the pandemic I became anxious and hesitant to visit their office. Today they put me at ease and rid me of all anxiety. Because of them I am back on track with my dental health. To anyone outt there who is experiencing anxiety over visiting the dentist don't hesitate. Once you go in you will feel 100 percent better.

Where do I begin, I can't thank Smile Dentist enough for taking care of my 9 year old daughter with her teeth extractions! My daughter had to get 6 teeth pulled due to her adult teeth growing in crooked due to her baby teeth not loosening, well we went to a previous dental office before we knew about this one and it was so horrible for her, worst experience ever for a child to have had to endure. She was only able to get 3 teeth pulled out due to her discomfort. So she was dreading to have you go through this again. So we came to Smile Dentist and I really can't thank them enough for making my daughters visit so comforting for her and even for myself! The Dr checked in with me to let me know how everything was going and was just so kind and patient, the staff too! I am really grateful for finding Smile Dentist.

Dr. Na is the bestest dentist I've seen since I moved out of the City up to Orange County over a decade ago. He is a graduate of Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. I worked there for a few years and became well acquainted with the instructors. He had the best teachers. If you want a thorough prophy, make an appointment with Anne Marie. I used to have an excellent Dental Hygienist at the Columbia University Dental Faculty practice. This is the first time in over 10 years that I have had a very thorough cleaning!

Very happy with the practice. Long time patient. I spoke to Natalia yesterday and she was going to call me back today with some insurance information and just as she said she would, she did. It is so nice for someone to follow through and get back to you like they said they will. The care at this practice is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Dr. Na is a very kind and gentle dentist who explained everything in advance and checked on my comfort throughout procedure I felt no pain which was my concern. His assistant was patting my hand to help allay my fears. As a nurse I value hands on to let your patient know you are there and care the staff are all great people helping to alleviate any concerns you might have. That's why they are 5 stars. I speak as a nurse and patient. Good job central valley

The most helpful and sweetest staff I have ever experienced at a dentist office! I was a first time patient with a dental emergency and they were very eager to help me and made the process so easy. Great atmosphere! Dr. Na is very professional, gentle, and kind. I'm happy to say this will be the dentist I use from now on!

Not only is this unheard of in today's world but his patience, his professionalism and dedication were incredible. My husband already liked going to this dentist office. He has always been treated with respect and professionalism, his appointments have always been on time and both the dentist and the hygienist are great. However, hearing from your dentist after hours and having him offer assistance, as you are even contemplating heading to the hospital, goes beyond anything we imagined.

My husband experienced an emergency on a Saturday night. Called the after hour phone # for Smile Dentist PC. His dentist, Dr Na, not only called us back right away but took care of the emergency. Not only is this unheard of in today's world but his patience, his professionalism and dedication were incredible. My husband already liked going to this dentist office. He has always been treated with respect and professionalism, his appointments have always been on time and both the dentist and the hygienist are great. However, hearing from your dentist after hours and having him offer assistance, as you are even contemplating heading to the hospital, goes beyond anything we imagined.

They were able to call the insurance company and verify our insurance. and at the end they charge me full price.

I was referred here by a friend and this is, hands down, the best dentist I've ever been to. I haven't been to a dentist in about 8 years due to no insurance and horrible experiences at places like the Newburgh Mall, so I knew the cleaning wasn't going to be enjoyable. I was completely wrong. AnnMarie, the hygienist, has the most bubbly, caring, comforting personality which helped make this visit less scary. The dentist had the most gentle hands which I wasn't used to at all. I would give 10 stars if I could.
