Dr. Lili Ghazai earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland. Immediately upon graduation she entered into private practice. Dr. Ghazai received special recognition for her involvement in community outreach programs.
Dr. Ghazai is committed to quality dental care and continues to advance her studies in dentistry through continuing education course work & seminars. She prides herself on having a knowledge and highly qualified staff, that are always available to assist you with any cares or concerns you may have.
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Financial We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

I've had 3 cleaning appointments with Dr. Ghazai and highly recommend her! She is always very friendly and has been non-judgmental about my less-than-stellar flossing habits. :) She also does a good job explaining any dental issues that come up for me in a way that's easy to understand. Further, my appointments always start when they're supposed to and go quickly, which I appreciate! Staff have always been friendly, too. You won't be disappointed with Dr. Ghazai as your dentist. :)

Dr Ghazai is very knowledgeable, gentle, and thoughtful. She's also, incidentally, the first dentist I've ever seen who doesn't trash talk the existing work of previous dentists in my teeth (why do so many dentists do this??). I've been seeing Dr Ghazai for about six years, and she's taken great care of my teeth. She also takes a thoughtful approach to work that may be needed, as opposed to just plowing ahead. I highly recommend her.

Cannot rave enough about Dr Ghazai and her staff. It is obvious how much Dr Ghazai cares for each of her patients. She is more than just a dentist because she cares for them like her own family member or friend. Her expertise, honesty, warm and genuine presence is what helps set her apart from any dentist I've seen thus far. Highly recommend to all friends and family.

Dr Ghazai is truly unprofessional, she doesn't take into account people's schedule changes and then directly tells you that because of that change we won't be able to perform all of the dental services. When you have a new patient who is coming into your office for the first time and that's what you say, is a direct reflection of the type of business she runs.

I accidentally stumbled upon Dr. Lili practice during an emergency with my son; whom knocked his two front teeth loose and chipped in a bike accident. I called her by mistake looking for help and she did not turn me away. She helped save my sons two front teeth out of genuine compassion. What an amazing person. I am forever grateful for Doctor Lili. She was closed for the day and opened her office for a crisis. A Hero! Thank you!

At Smile Dental Studio every precaution is taken to protect you. Dr. Ghazai is very caring and professional. A visit to her clinic is very pleasant and not to be feared. There is peace and tranquility with soft music in the background - very relaxing.

Update 1/3/19 Dr. Ghazai is still my favorite! I have referred 2 friends to this practice and they love it. I have worked with Lili (and oral surgeon) to place two implants from previously failed root canal and crown. She has also replaced 2 failed veneers, and we are working to replace the remaining two. When I was young, I paid so much money for veneers only to find out years later that I was never a good candidate due to my bite (veneers would not stay adhered to my teeth). Had I known Dr. Ghazai 10 years ago, she would have saved me from getting unnecessary dental work! ________________________________________________________________________ Without a doubt, my first appointment with Dr. Ghazai was the best dental experience that I have ever had. The last when I felt like the dentist was as warm, attentive, and honest was 10 years ago when I had my first cavity filled by a graduating dental student! I have had quite a bit of work done with not so great providers, including: fillings, veneers, whitening, mouth guard, crown, root canal, and an extraction. I was lucky to be the first patient of the day so I received quite a bit of attention. We talked about my concerns, terrible past experiences, and she did the entire exam herself. She wasn't pushy or dismissive - a problem that many people encounter with dental care. She definitely has my recommendation, and I can only hope that this practice will continue to provide a pleasant experience.
