In 1997, Dr. Um earned her D.M.D. at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

I had a really bad experience at my last dentist so I have not seen one for 2 years. My aunt referred Dr. Um, Smile Dental to me and said she is wonderful and pricing fairly fair. I went this morning and I have to say I was extremely pleased and impressed on how quick and thorough she was. I highly recommend this office if you want to actually understand the work they are performing and professionalism from start to finish. Thank you Dr. Um!

I want to thank Dr. Um and the staff for taking care of me so nicely. I went for Bridge work with little fear and cost. But after going through the process and seeing their honest effort I was impressed. I was referred to them by my agent and definitely I would recommend them. The bridge is finally settled and feel like regular teeth. It was a big (7 teeth long bridge) job. Again thanks Dr. Um and her staff.

I was a patient in 2016. They filled in 3 of my molars with composite fillings. Less than a year later one fell out while chewing gum, and another fell out flossing. They repaired these teeth free of charge. Fast forward to 2021 I went to another dentist for a checkup, and all 3 fillings need to be replaced due to decay. What a waste of time and money back then. What happened here?

My visit with Dr. Um had been great! I had a root canal and wisdom tooth extraction, and both times did not got too much pain during the procedure. She is very experienced dentist.

Would not recommend this office. They act like fillings are rocket science. I had a filling done and it fell while flossing in less than 1 year. Almost want to say it was less than 6 months. Repaired it free of charge and the repair wasn't even successful because they left a bigger gap in between my teeth so flossing wouldn't make it come out again so now I practically chew using my gums and it hurts. They tried to use excuses of how difficult it is to do a filling in between two teeth. Wish I was told they couldn't do it before they started to. Now I have to clean up this mess elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Dr. Um and her staff now for 3-4 years now. I have always had a great experience there and Dr Um always takes the time to discuss treatment plans as well as expected costs in order to come up with something that works best for me while getting the best care possible. The staff is always friendly and professional.

The best dental office in Central Florida. Dr Um is so nice and gentle. Even my kids are so relaxed when visiting the dental office for appointments. I highly recommend Dr Um.

I went to this dentist plenty of times since 2016 and left several voicemails and calls throughout the past few months and no answer. I even booked an appointment online. I had to switch dentists. I'm a bit disappointed since I trusted this establishment.
