If I could give them a zero star rating I would. I went to this office and after a year of making me suffer they made me dentures that were considered as a "joke" of work by 2 other dentist and my insurance approved me to get the dentures done else where. They do not care about their patients. I will urge anyone that is considering going to this place to please avoid suffering by these monsters especially Dr. Ahmed. I am also looking to file a complaint with state board.

The worst dental office ever the receptionist chelsie told me this morning if I did not like the waiting I can go find another office. The dentist are not good, my mom did her job there after that she needed to see a specialist to fix the work. I was a customer for 15 years w this smile dental but lately they change staff and Dr. Like nothing. Please be careful get a professional for your dental work. By the way the restroom are dirty and the whole office is extremely dirty carpet, floor. Not a good place.

Terrible patient communication and attitude from front desk workers. Front desk forgot to give me my prescription slip after first consultation, and then after I realized I didn't have it, they begrudgingly called it in to rite aid since I had already left the office. Smile wrote me only a week supply of ibuprofen even though their soonest surgery was 30 days out; so, I would inevitably need a refill. When I ran out and was still in pain, I had rite aid call in a request to refill, but Smile never fulfilled it. Now Smile is saying they can't do the refill because their fax machine isn't working. Smile also said rite aid never submitted refill request even though I verified it was sent on 6/16. Smile is a very frustrating, unapologetic, rigid, red-tape office. Further, the first Smile dentist referred me to endodontist to see if my tooth could be saved; endodontist said not savable and referred me back to Smile for extraction. Smile surgeon said, on the day of surgery, that the tooth was clearly never savable and that endodontist referral and visit was unnecessary. And the surgeon said that I can simply take over the counter meds; obviously I can take over the counter meds, I don't need a doctor to tell me that... So in the end, I have lived with pain from the rotten tooth for over a month and took time off work and paid and wasted time for unnecessary endodontist, was not prescribed enough pain meds from Smile dentist and dealt with attitude of Smile office secretaries. I am sitting here in pain post-operation with no pain med prescription. No need for all of this hassle and grief, just avoid this place if you can.

Got my wisdom tooth removed and the process was fast and painless. Would definitely recommend

The worst dental experience I have ever had. They made me pay everything up front. My dentist left mid way through the multiple things I had to get done and no one told me until the day before my next appointment. The next dentist I had was cool, but then now I'm getting a bill even though I paid over one thousand dollars up front and didn't receive half the services I paid for. I paid for crowns and never got crowns. I still have temporary crowns in my mouth because they never had appts for me so I just gave up. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'm not a leave a review type person but this place continues to mess with me.
