I found myself in need of a new dentist. With Covid and insurance changes it had been a couple of years since going to the dentist. I happen to walk by their office one day and thought that the waiting room looked so warm and inviting. I wish I had followed my gut instinct in that moment and just called them for an appt, I did not, and went to someone different as someone I know had recommended another office. I had a horrible experience and got up and walked out of the appt. I left shaking, crying and being told some very scary life altering, and financially devastating news about my oral health, but also what they told me didn't seem to add up. I decided to call Dr. Killen's office for a second opinion. When they answered the phone, and I started to through my tears to explain what I had been told. They got me in right away to be seen by them. I was greeted with a hug, and then very kindly given an exam, and not to shocking found out the other dentist office had tried to not just upsale and scam me, but had I gone through with the treatment plan, I would have done damage to the healthy parts of my gums. We need more dentists and offices like this. I have definitely found my new dentist. Highly recommend them if you are in need of a dentist.

I'd highly recommend Smile Dental! Dr. Killen and his staff are thorough, thoughtful, and welcome you like family. They are meticulous in their care and I always feel comfortable during my visits.

I have been seeing Dr. Killen for over 20 years. His is a family owned and operated practice and i have always felt that i am part of that family.. His work is of the highest quality from cleanings to implants. I strongly recommend to anyone tired of the large clinics. Let us support our small local businesses!

Dr. Killen and his staff have been great! The receptionists are extremely kind and accommodating of my schedule. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes before being taken back for my appointment, and I've never had any issues with billing. Dr. Killen and his dental hygienists have always been thorough in my cleanings, and they have never pushed me to have unnecessary dental work done. Everyone is really friendly! I definitely recommend this office!

The staff is very friendly. They help you in preventive maintenance in oral care. And Valerie sends me reminders so I don't forget my appointments

This was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. The staff was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was clean and neat. The entire process was wonderful. Dr. Killen was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend going here for treatment.

I have been going to Dr. Killen for over 5 years and so have my children. My kids were 3 and 5 when we first visited. They made the kids feel so comfortable and at ease. Now every time one of us goes they beg to go, they also have the cutest parrot that they let the kids pet. I highly recommend going for the whole family. Also Dr. Killen is a wonderful dentist, along with all the awesome staff. Your teeth will be in good hands.

My favorite Dentist to visit ever! Very gentle but thorough during cleanings, they truly make sure you're taken care of. Tracy and Dr. Killen make you feel like you're apart of their family. They always have your health as their top priority, I'd recommend them to anyone I know.

Dr. Killen is highly professional and skilled in the treatment of dental issues. He is also very personable and attentive to the care and comfort of his patients. He and his dental assistant are the very best I have ever encountered. His entire staff is warm and welcoming and intent on making certain that patients feel welcome. I highly recommend Dr. Killen and employees!
