Dr. Harsini and I had been friends for a few years when we started dating and eventually I came to work at the practice. We got married in 2018 and in 2020 welcomed our beautiful little girl to the Smile Dental Family. Our experience has allowed us to grow so much both personally and professionally by living and working together. We are grateful every day for the family we have together AND our awesome work family too.
I have been a DA for 5.5 years. I chose the dental field because I saw that a lot people dont understand the importance of their oral health. Growing up I didnt know the importance and was never taken to the dentist often which has affected my teeth. I dont want that for others. I wanna be apart of education and changing pts outlook.
I have been in the dental field since 2017. Before the dental field I was working at a call center. I picked this industry because I love to help people and interact with patients. The call center was boring and there was no socializing. Also, I really like to make people excited about their teeth!
Ive been doing this for a year. Before, I was working in retail. My brother, who is a dental hygienist, inspired me to get into this field. My co-workers are always willing to answer my questions, and we all work well together as a team, a big reason why I enjoy working here.
I met Ed Sheeran, my favorite artist, in 2013 and its one of my best memories! To ring in 2020 I was able to watch the ball drop in New York which was a beautiful experience that I dont ever care to experience again lol!

I love how professional they are at smile dental today was my first day going in for a full exam there my hygienist and dentist were professional explained every thing I Needed to know even if was to many times that I asked and they are very funny never laughed so much at a dentist visit they were the highlight of my day I highly recommend them
I went for my 6 months cleaning & checkup today. I had another great check up & experience. From the front office, my dental hygienist & doctor it was an awesome experience. I know a lot of people dont like going to the dentist but Ive always had a good experience since Ive been with Smile Dental. I highly recommend this office. Had to have an emergency molar extraction and decided to call Smile Dental Clinic this place is amazing. Smile Dental Clinic is very very affordable and Dr. Azizi is an amazing dentist. The nurses, great women and very attentive!! Absolutely loved Smile Dentist Clinics

Dr. Eddie Harsini has lived in the Phoenix Valley since 1985 and is a graduate of Apollo High School. He graduated from University of Missouri-Kansas City Dental School in May 1998 and has attended over 1,000 hours of Continuing Education in all facets of dentistry, including Aesthetic and Occlusion, and Implant Dentistry and Orthodontics. Dr. Lala is a native from South Africa. She began practicing dentistry in 2007 after completing her degree from University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in Farmington, Connecticut. She then went on to complete her General Practice residency at New York Hospital Queens in Flushing, New York.
After Dr. Lala finished her residency, she has worked in multiple clinics treating the underprivileged in Hartford, CT and Phoenix, AZ. She found it very rewarding to educate patients on oral hygiene and to help those who had no access to dental care. She believes every person, regardless of their background, deserves a healthy, happy smile and a dental team who can take care of their needs. Over the past year, Dr. Lala transitioned to private practice and has been enjoying providing family and cosmetic dentistry to children and adults.
Throughout her career, Dr. Lala continuously commits to advance her knowledge and skills in dentistry. She is currently enhancing her skills in implant dentistry and clear aligner therapy. She loves adding advanced technology such as lasers and digital dentistry to her practice. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Lala looks forward to meeting you. Many of her patients describe her as very professional, patient and kind. She has great bedside manner and is wonderful at explaining procedures to patients in a gentle manner. She enjoys doing dental missions and has done several missions in Belize and Sri Lanka. In her free time she likes to read, watch TV shows and workout.
