Dr. Jarrett Foust is originally from Savannah, TN, a small town east of Memphis. After high school, he received a full scholarship to Middle Tennessee State University, where he received a B.S. in Microbiology, graduating with Honors. He was accepted into the dental program at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where he received his degree while participating in student government and mini fellowships with the oral surgery department.
After graduation, he followed his heart (and lovely wife/Pittsburgh native Jennifer) to the land of black and gold. They currently live in Wexford (Pine Township) with their amazing malti-poo, Jackson.
Dr. Fousts passion above all else, though, is building personal relationships. Dr. Foust loves to meet new people and find ways to make people happy. Its the guiding principle in the lives of both he and his wife, Jennifer. They love to serve others, help out whenever needed, and do whatever they can to see someone smile!
In 2013, Dr. Foust completed his Fellowship with the Misch International Implant Institute, the worlds leading program for implant training. In August of 2014, he achieved Diplomate status with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. This status is the highest honor a professional society such as the ICOI can bestow on an individual. He is also an active member of the Academy of Sports Dentistry, the leading organization for the study and prevention of sports related dental injuries.

I've been with this office since ever since I received a dental implant in 2019 and have continued with subsequent routine dental exams. I have received expert care and courteous treatment from the front desk to the exam chair. I appreciate the system that is in place for appointment reminders and confirmations. The doctors and staff do everything that is reasonable to make you smile!

I have been a patient of Dr Foust's at Smile Dental Center for several years. The staff is friendly and professional. I appreciate that Dr. Foust and his associate Dr. Greg are current with new technologies. I have had a lot of work done there and I have never once experienced any pain. Smile Dental Center is the absolute best. I came to them a few years ago after I had a bad experience with another dentist. Dr Foust gave me great advice and helped to resolve the issue. They truly have the best dentists, hygienists and front desk staff.

Our family has been going here for 6 years. Staff is great! Dr. Foust doesn't try to get you to add any extra services and doesn't do anything not necessary. You're always given multiple options for treatment of problems and are never pressured to choose a treatment.

Just had our first visit here, and it was great. From the cozy office to the friendliness of the staff, we couldn't ask for anything more. My daughters liked it SO much more than our previous place, and Dr. Foust is the best. Very friendly and personable and so great with kids. We're here to stay!

I would highly recommend Dr. Faust for any implant procedures you need. He explains everything in very great detail and answers any questions you have. He makes sure you are happy with the end result no matter how many appointments it takes.

I "followed" Dr. Foust when he opened this practice... I've been a patient of his for years!!! He is BY FAR the best! I'm terrified of the dentist but he and his staff make me feel so comfortable and at ease. I now drive an hour for a dental appt just so I can go to him! I would give more If I could!!
