Smile Dental Care staff are very friendly, caring, courteous and very professional. Dr. Bhut helps you feel at ease and relaxed. I have recommended her to several of my relatives, who are now her patients. May God continues to Bless her and her staff.

Had to wait a little because of emergency visits before me, but the experience was good. The dentist took care of me and solved my problem in one visit.

After a long period of deliberation, I finally decided to write this review. I was fairly disappointed with the service I received at Smile Dental Care. I was in for a standard 6 month cleaning according to insurance guidelines, which I was over due about 2 months but not bad considering I've been getting these check ups every six months my whole life. I Love My Teeth! I usually love going to the dentist. This was my first visit at the office, I arrived early. Went to the bathroom and took a seat in the lobby after check in. Pretty standard. Then another client rushes in apologizing about being late. I understand, I've been late and there was still some time before I was to be seen. What was distasteful is that the front desk person never mentioned to me that the doctor was running behind. She took me to the back, sat me in the chair then let me wait 20 mins then I had to ask, "how much longer." As a result of the unplanned extra time, I missed an appointment after. I suggest that the staff learn to communicate when there are time management issues. The doctor could use a more gentle technique with how wide she opens a clients mouth, the amount of pressure from where she places her hand when manipulating the utensils and the level of force she uses to place the suction equipment in a clients mouth. It would be good to practice better bed side manner and avoid service when visibility agitated. It was unclear if she was heavy handed because I spoke to her about being less than apologetic about her tardiness. In the end, she complimented me on how I cared for my teeth but then referred me to a specialist. Today I'm not sure to trust the doctor provided me with best care plan or just moved me on because she was having a bad day. I can appreciate being kept safe by her not attempting to do detailed work on my tooth while frustrated. I thought it poor etiquette when I paid cash for an additional treatment that was not covered by insurance and some how the office submitted it for payment to my insurance company anyway. I was rejected and I was notified. Im been waiting six months to try a different dentist in the area.

The two dental techs did a great job. But the X-ray was not done right, the doctor came to do the X-ray. The doctor was very aggressive, the X-ray cable was all over my face, she was handling my face aggressively. She stated that I needed deep cleaning, and I said well I would first like to get the the regular cleaning, which she declined. I actually was going to walk out from the way she was handling me before. I left because I wasn't going to pay for someone to treat me the way I was being treated. I have appointments elsewhere. Good luck with smiles dental. Thanks, Faustin Felix

Most of the insurance doesn't cover deep cleaning and doctor knows it. They wouldn't do regular cleaning, you have HAVE TO DO DEEP CLEANING. Which is cost $250. They trap people to earn more money. What a shame.
