No comment. This is not really a dentist. They never, never accommodate emergency appointments. Do your self a favour stay away from them.

I am 50 years old, and have been to several dentists as a child and as an adult. Dr Seok is THE BEST dentist I have ever been to. Very professional, great bedside manners, takes time with his patients, explains everything in details. I have been a patient for 5 years now. I never had to wait! Appointment are always on time. Staff is fantastic especially his front desk. My wife and our children go to him, as well as brother in law.I referred several patients to his office that all loved his care. He always makes sure you are comfortable. What a fantastic dentist!!

Dr. Seok is just AWESOME. He lets his work do all the talking :). They dont try to sell you things which has been my experience with other dental clinics. Update: I recently had dental cleaning done by Dr. Seok's assistant( Do not know her name) . I am extremely impressed by her meticulousness and the interest she took in her job. My husband also went here for dental cleaning and felt the same. Keep up the great work!

I go here for regular cleaning and maintenance. Simple, affordable and very honest. 1000 times better than any fancy dental clinics. Straight forward no drama. No extra charges. I have visited many dentists around this area and definitely would recommend this place for your regular routines.

Great dentist! Called about a dental emergency on a Saturday and they were able to see me on Monday, to perform an emergency extraction. My dental insurance doesn't cover this doctor but I felt so confident in Dr. Seok that I didn't mind paying out of pocket. While other dentists wanted to do an exam one day then perform the extraction another day, Dr. Seok did everything in one day! He's extremely trust worthy and very sympathetic to his patients' needs. I was in excruciating pain and he made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and once I got home. I'm following his aftercare instructions very thoroughly, to ensure I heal more efficiently and fast. So far, so good! I'm very grateful and me and my girls see him, for dental care. My last official dentist, before Dr. Seok, turned out to be a scammer and is no longer in practice. I've been scared to go to the dentist, in recent years. Made sure I did my research before finding a new dentist. Dr. Seok deserves all the praise he gets. The office is clean, he's experienced and I feel welcomed. It's a 35-40 minute drive but worth it! -Melton

I've been a patient for the past few years after I was super impressed by the treatment that I got. Like other reviewers, I didnt have to wait at all and I usually am able to book an appointment a few days after calling in. I like the doctor and the other staff too. I was a little worried that I would have too many questions, but the doctor was literally so nice about itamd answered every single one so I could understand. Other doctors that I've been to literally only cared about my money and wanted me out of there as soon as possible, so I'm honestly really grateful that I found good dentist. Also- did I mention how clean and nice everything is? I really like supporting small businesses and the fact that the service is so good makes me love Smile Dental Care even more.

Dr. Seok has always been extremely professional and thorough with his work. He's been my dentist for a few years now and I honestly can't imagine going to another dentist. This is as fine an establishment as any in the upper echelon.

So very glad I found this office. I'm usually skeptical about near "perfect" reviews but figured if things didn't go well, I'd just make sure to leave a bad review, warn others and never go back again. Thankfully this wasn't the case! I called on a Tuesday and inquired about appointments for new patients. My dental concern was quite urgent because I have pain associated with my issue. They were able to set me up for that very Thursday, since I already had a another appointment (different concern) on Wednesday. They were even able to squeeze my daughter in a half hour before my appointment time. Went in this morning and the hygienist and doctor were disinfecting everything. The receptionist greeted me and recognized me from my various phone calls, prior to coming in. It was a quick check in process...scanned necessary documents and I had already filled out patient forms, that I had printed off their website. She verified my daughter's insurance prior to me coming in, so that also expedited the check in process. While I was checking in they were already getting to work with my daughter. They did an exam, x-rays and cleaning for her. I had to step out to use the restroom but by time I came back in, she was done and it was my turn. The doctor explained to me what they had done for my daughter (due to COVID-19 restrictions, I couldn't stand by her side but I could visually see what they were doing at a small distance. He also informed me of what he had found on her x-rays, which was consistent with what her previous dentist have shown me. He didn't try to force any unnecessary treatments for my daughter, which was one reason why we are switching to this new dentist! Then it was my turn. I set in a separate chair, while the hygienist began disinfecting the area my daughter was in. The doctor asked about my concerns and did an oral exam first, just in case he didn't need to do x-rays. He told me what he thought the issue to my pain was. I then suggested it would be ok to do the x-ray, just to be sure. Due to medical reasons, x-rays aren't usually suggested but my doctor wrote a consent letter, approving me for an x-ray but the dentist was still very cautious. I knew then, this would be my new dental home. The dentist showed me the x-Ray and explained what was happening to my tooth. It was just as he had expected. He told me what my options were to resolve my issue and I asked him to explain each process and recovery time. He was honest and thorough. And to my shock, he didn't try to push any treatment on me. I asked him what he thought would be the best treatment, long term. He explained the pros and cons of each treatment. I agreed. But I still wanted to take some time to think it over, at home. He was patient and didn't rush me out or get frustrated (as some doctors would do). I was just stunned by how honest he was. He didn't push any unnecessary treatment or catch an attitude with me, for not choosing right away. I went to the front desk, confident this is my new dental home, and scheduled my daughter a 6 month check up. I don't have dental insurance, so getting the necessary treatment I need will be a challenge but when I do, I will be coming back! I paid for my exam and x-ray and was pleasantly surprised it was cheaper than anticipated. Thank goodness! I just wish my concern was fully resolved because I'm still experiencing pain, but that's no fault of the dentist. Oh by the way, my daughter is actually looking forward to her next visit! This says a lot because she's usually anxious about going to the dentist, since she's had to be strapped to a board when she was younger. I'm very pleased with my visit to this office today!
