Dr Yash performed a removal of old filling and replaced it, it's the tooth that was worked on is much better in appearance as well as cavity free, the process was very easy, Dr Yash and his assistant worked well together, he also explained what he was doing as he went along and made it a very pleasant visit.

Update 2: The office claims that they provided me a courtesy and submitted my claim as a medical claim. That's not a courtesy because I told the office from the beginning that because impacted wisdom teeth extraction is considered surgery that it would be a medical claim and not a dental claim. I was told that's no problem since Dr. Ford is an in-network oral surgeon. Update: 90 days since the procedure and my payment of the bill in full and the dental office still hasn't been able to satisfactorily process the claim. I guess when you've already been paid by the patient there is no urgency or motivation to follow up with a claim that will reimburse the patient. 1 star because their billing department fails to file claims unless you keep calling them. Even then, they can't do it correctly. Son had his wisdom teeth extracted on June 18th. Even though the doc is in my insurance network, I was required to pay the $2,900 bill up front. When I questioned them I was told the policy is the patient pays up front and the office will file a claim after. Once the claim is filed and paid by insurance, the patient is reimbursed by the office. Not only did I have to chase the doctor's office to file the claim (it hadn't been filed for over 3 weeks) but they filed it with the wrong claims department. So here I am, nearly 2 months later and my claim still hasn't been processed by insurance and I've still not been reimbursed my $2,900 This is on top of the fact that they didn't file a claim for the consultation visit. So what should have been a $15 copay so far has cost me $2,980. Every time I've called to inquire about the claim I'm told they're looking into it. They aren't. When I explained the situation to the insurance company, they were extremely confused why an in-network doctor would require the patient to pay the bill in full. Horizon Blue Cross said this is not the procedure an in-network doctor should follow. My other child will need her wisdom teeth taken out very soon. Needless to say Smile Culture Dental and Dr. Brian Ford will not be getting any more business from my family.

Called to inquire about setting up an appointment for the first time and received tremendous help from Alexis! She provided me with a list of services that could be done and made me feel a lot less stressed about going to the dentist which is always a little scary to me!
