So I made an appointment, and needed to reschedule because of an emergency. I called the office 1 hour prior to my appointment time and to my disbelief they told me that I couldn't reschedule. Yes they said I couldn't reschedule "EVER". Their reasoning is that I called and canceled last minute when I called an hour in advance, they told me that their policy is you have to call 2 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, but my appointment was at 10 AM and they opened at 8:30 AM so even if I needed to reschedule 2 hours in advance I wouldn't be able to. So I took it a little further and asked asked if they never had anyone reschedule or cancel last minute before and they just said to me that it is their policy. The guy on the phone told me that I already confirmed the appointment with them the day before. I said to him that a lot can happen within 24hrs and how am I supposed to know something was going to come up, all he had to say to me was that it was the Doctor who said it and not him. So I will never be able to schedule an appointment at this office again because I needed to reschedule my appointment. To me it just seemed like the Dr. Vo was upset that I needed to reschedule "Not even cancel but Reschedule". I'm sorry I'm not an expert but I think that this so called "Policy" doesn't really mesh too well with businesses in the service industry. So use me as an example people if you are making an appointment with this office think long and hard about all the possible emergencies you might have before booking anything because their policy indicates your next to be banned from their office so pretty much it's either your emergency or them. So God forbid if you have something come up before your appointment with this office.

My husband and I are very happy to have been referred to Smile Creation Dental with Dr. Vo and his staff. I have a fear of dentists from previous bad experiences but I am very comfortable going here. From Tiffany who greets you with a pleasant smile to Miguel who assists Dr. Vo. He knows exactly what Dr. Vo needs which makes the visit smooth and painless. Dr. Vo is a very skilled and caring dentist.

I initially went to Dr. Vo last year for routine dentistry. His office is new and clean and their equipment is advanced. However, I was scheduled for a cleaning twice when I was in for other procedures and both times it was canceled due to lack of time. So when I recently had a large fracture of a molar, I went back to him with hopes that it could be restored. He came up with so many additional things he said I needed however, I was there for a very specific problem. He left the exam room to come up with an estimate for the care but rather than returning to discuss it with me himself, he sent his young assistant to go over the cost. I decided to go to an endodontist for the root canal, a decision that I think bothered him. So when I returned to his office for just the crown, the previous estimate was now out the window and the new estimate was absolutely ridiculous As a nurse, I will NEVER return to that office, nor will I ever recommend him. I would rather spend the exact amount with another dentist who can get past his ego and honor his original financial quote. Just a note, his wife works in the office and she gave me the craziest reasoning behind the new cost. There was no rationale behind her words. I am in the medical field and I understand the terminology she was attempting to sell me.

I had the dentist pull a tooth for me. I believe the dentist did an amazing job; I felt no pain and before I knew it my tooth was out. Now where my problem lies is with his staff or the direction they're taking. After my tooth was pulled; the dentist told me to come back in so he can check the pulled tooth and also so I can have a cleaning. So I scheduled my appointment for 2:00. I wasnt called in til 2:40. When I get in; Im assuming it was the dental assistant tells me I need xrays. Mine you; when I made the appointment it was for a cleaning. If they needed something else it should've been voiced to me before I ended the phone call. So I sent her an email from my previous xray that was about 3 months ago. They said they weren't able to see them clearly so I would have to pay out of pocket for the xray. Thats where I had enough; I asked if I could have the dentist give me a price on 2 implants. I was told the same thing; you need an xray. So my question was simple. Didnt the dentist look at my mouth a month ago when he pulled my tooth and informed me of some additional work that had to be done? They said no; he only focused on the tooth he had to pull. I basically told them they were full of s*it and I left. It's a shame because I do believe that Danny Vo is a good dentist but you can't run your business like a auto shop. What I mean by that; is. You go in to get a routine oil change and next thing you know you have to change the oil pump. Very poorly ran front office.

Highly Recommended !! My daughter had such a great experience at Smile Creation Dental today that I just had to write a review. The dental hygienist, Riula, was caring, patient and very knowledgeable. She took great care in what she did and seemed so happy answer all the questions my daughter and I had. It's very apparent that she cares greatly about her patients. Dr. Vo has a calm, kind presence. He took the time to explain things clearly and answer all our questions. He even came back to answer more questions we had after my daughter's cleaning. I didn't feel rushed at all and was pleasantly surprised at how much time Riula and Dr. Vo spent with us. I can actually say that we look forward to seeing them both again & for many years to come. Smile Creation Dental is sincerely above and beyond!
