Dr. Lorraine Riopedre-Gomez earned a BS in Biology in 2010 from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and achieved her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine. The Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at NYU Langone followed and provided her with advanced training in clinical dentistry, enhancing her skills as a general practitioner. She also researches, studies, and presents findings via educational forums.
Dr. Lorraine is enthusiastic about continuing education so that she can provide state-of-the-art treatment options for her patients. It has made her a well-rounded practitioner with expertise in a variety of disciplines. Being an Invisalign provider is one of the advanced certifications that she has earned and which she particularly enjoys. A firm believer in clinical screening for early detection of oral, head, and neck cancer, Dr. Lorraine and team includes this in regular examinations of all patients.
Dr. Lorraine holds active membership status with the American Dental Education Association, American Association of Women Dentists, American Association for Dental Research, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Association of Endodontists.
Having graduated in 2016 with her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Sanchez-Santos went on to complete her General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. Since then, shes worked in private practice, where shes developed a strong background and expertise in comprehensive dentistry. Dr. Sanchez-Santos is a proud member of the American Dental Education Association and the American Association of Women Dentists.

My daughter and I had new patient appointments. We arrive at our scheduled time and they said to wait. As I looked around the lobby there was limited seating and one of the chairs was stained like an adult had had a leaky diaper. The floors were not swept and the lights in the lobby didn't work. Others walked in after us and they took care of them immediately. The office staff began talking all at themselves about their "addictions " which i really didn't need to hear. After 30 minutes of waiting o decide to use the bathroom in the lobby. You had to use a key to get in just like you do at a gas station. The bathroom was no cleaner than the lobby. When they finally called us up after 45 minutes from our appointment time I said I had changed my mind and didn't want to be seen. The staff became quite rude. This is not a good first impression and this is DEFINITELY NOT a place I will ever return!

I highly recommend this location. The staff is absolutely excellent. Very professional and friendly. Prices are very reasonable too. Like at all dentist all schedules are done around this dentist schedule. These dentist and Orthodontist work other locations as well so they can't always be there and available. This is a common practice among all dentistry. With that said I hope that the one bad review gets changed because it's not fair to give them a one star for a common practice among all dentistries.
