The office staff in the front isn't the most friendliest and they definitely do not return your phone calls even if you have a prior appointment you need to cancel but the people in the back that are actually doing the work on your kids are great

They are very unprofessional I took my daughter to get her braces and a bracket came off the same day and the employees are very rude and lazy if your getting braces put on and want them done the right way don't come here because it will be rushed and half Done also when I took her to get them fixed they said they couldn't fix them until I scheduled an appointment even though it was an emergency and she has to go with uncomfortable braces for now!

Ok I've been going here for years. It is a nice environment don't get me wrong and SOME of the staff here are nice. But they don't do their work professionally. I don't even know when I'm supposed to get my braces out. They barely even answer the phone at all. It's just horrible, don't come here. Save your time.

I do not recommend them at all. They never answer the phone and I have been driving an hour and a half back and forth for 5 years! There is no reason my kids should have braces on that long!

Office was very clean and we got back very quickly. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that the orthodontist did not introduce herself when she pulled us back. I assumed it was another staff member. She was very quick and knowledgeable about my daughter's insurance.

I cannot reasonably leave this place a good review. They never know what they're doing. For example, I actually had an appointment this morning, barely an hour later after, I was trying to eat lunch and my top wire came loose out of my mouth. I had to cut the whole thing out myself as I live an hour away and don't have time to go back and forth whenever they don't know how to do something right. I also had to cut a wire on my bottom teeth a couple weeks ago, they didn't fix that today either. They always have new people in who have no idea what to do. If you would like your braces on right and off in a reasonable amount of time , please don't go here.

Do not take your kids here they are mean and don't want the parents back in the back with the kids so they can treat your kids however they want and you can't say anything.
