Why did I become an orthodontist? Orthodontics is filled with positivity! Our patients eagerly anticipate their smile transformation, and we get to be a part of that journey. Very thorough initial consult. Went over x-rays, explained the treatment in detail. A pleasant and welcoming attitude by the entire office staff.

The staff is absolutely amazing!!! From the time I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Nicholson was wonderful and he actually listened to me!!!

Dr Jim and his staff are phenomenal!! I always get extra gentle care from all the assistants!! They always tell me exactly what is going on with my treatment.. open door policy at this office for sure! I never never have to wait .. they run their appointments on schedule :) The receptionist rocks too!

I visited the Oak Grove location. All of the staff were so helpful and nice. The office was clean and tidy. Dr. Jim is so knowledgeable and caring.

They were kind and my son enjoyed going there. I do feel like they switched the treatment plan once we switched insurance and didn't communicate that or give us any options to self pay the portion insurance didn't cover. Be sure and ask questions and stay on top of your child's treatment plan.

Friendly staff, typically right on schedule with appointments, affordable and after having 2 kids with braces.....I've been very pleased with the process and results. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good ortho around Oak Grove/Hattiesburg.

Dr. Nicholson promised my son painless braces, and he more than delivered. He answered all of his questions and explained everything step by step. And the braces really are painless!
