Dr. Volker is an exceptional dentist. Very caring and personable. His priority is to treat you with as little discomfort as possible. This is one of the first dental offices in my life that I actually look forward to visiting.
Being so connected to my community, I feel each patient we treat at Smile Connections becomes a part of my family. I believe making a connection and establishing a foundation for trust is very important.

The best dentist and hygienist in Wichita. Dr Volker is very professional and kind and has been my dentist for over 20 years. Cande is my usual hygienist and is the best around. The office staff is amazing too!

I've been going to Dr Volker since he opened his office. I cannot say enough about how awesome he and his staff have always been. Everyone is so friendly and kind and it obvious they all really enjoy their job. They all make me feel at ease even when they have major dental work to do. It makes "going to the dentist" so much more pleasant. Thank you for all your years of service. Keep up the great work!!!!

I have bounced around a few dental offices in town and just recently landed at Smile Connections. From the front desk to the hygienists, the staff here is amazing. I had to reschedule half a dozen times and they have been so patient and accommodating. Finally made it in for my first deep cleaning and I couldn't be happier- I have never done well in a dental chair and I can't believe how easy and pain free they kept my visit. Highly recommend them for anyone who is "afraid of the dentist". I even took our 18 month old son and they were so great with him! It's a relief to find a dentist I don't dread going back to!

I had a good appointment with Candy. However I am concerned about you no longer being In-Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. We like our insurance. We know Out-of-Network costs will be higher. We don't like having to pay first and then having to mess with re-balancing any differences with BCBS. That's the way it was when I helped my Mother with her Medicare back in the 1990's and was a continuous nightmare! We hope you change your mind.

For some 14 years I have used Smile Connections Family Dental. I have had a few crowns installed as well as my two annual cleanings with Smile Connections. Smile Connections explains the billing up front so no surprises, and for years, had a good system to remind patients of their next visit. Finally and most important is the staff. Always been kind, helpful, and flexible if I need to make a change to my appointment. Dr. Volker is very good at explaining what they are doing or giving good options. Also neat to see how Dr. Volker stays updated with new technology I have recommended Smile Connections Family Dental in the past and will continue to do so.

Dr. Volker and his staff go the extra mile when they care for their patients. My son was recently in the hospital the Smile Connections staff all signed and sent a get well card to him. When I arrived today everyone genuinely took interest in his health. I truly feel like they are an extension of our family.

Kindness and competency. You don't see those attributes very often today but you will at Dr. Volker's office. Dr. Volker and his assistents take their time explaining what is needed and why. When you come into the office you'll sense a countenance of peace and grace. Now, BONUS ROUND: Your front desk folks are hilarious... and professional!
