Don't Do it! They're trying to juggle too many patients at the same time. They're too busy and left a mold in my mouth for 30 min causing me to have permanent jaw damage. Unfortunately, an apology doesn't cure TMJ. It's been 3 years of excruciating pain.

DO NOT GO HERE! I got TMJ here after a routine cleaning. My jaw is still in pain after 2 years. The staff has no idea what they're doing.

My experience at this dentist was absolutely awful. I thought everything seemed fine, the bedside manner was fine. I did seem to have an awful lot of cavities considering I've never really had cavities before but I shrugged and got them filled. I was in such horrible pain for days after and had to go in for adjustments, and then the pain continued, and I had to go in for more adjustments. This continued over the course of 3 weeks with SIX follow-up appointments for this incompetent work. The cherry on top was when I'd called my insurance as the cavity charges seemed high- turns out Smile Dental was billing me more than DOUBLE what they should have been and my insurance caught it and demanded they refund me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I wanted to like this dentist. I had a tooth pulled, Dr. Rochelle didn't give me enough novocaine, the pain was terrible, she kept asking do you want more novocaine? After waiting 30 minutes past my appt. time for the dentist to arrive ( in yoga pants) I said "just pull it out". In doing so she loosened and broke the tooth next to it leaving a shard of tooth sticking into my cheek and then said to me "by the way you've got a loose tooth" with a weird grin on her face.... I had 3 cavities to which she want to do 3 root canals and 3 crowns $$$. My new dentist did not agree.

Worst dental office ever! They inserted a mold in my mouth and said they'd be back in 5 min, 30 min later I left with TMJ. This is a training facility, staff members have no idea what they are doing. Would not send my enemies here.

BEWARE! This place is all about trying to take your money for unnecessary procedures. My wife and I went here because our usual dentists were not covered under a new insurance policy. We were told by the dentist that we needed about 12 filings between us!! Not quite believing these results we decided to wait it out until we could change insurance, once we did we each went back to our usual dentists who each told us independently that our teeth were fine. The cleaning we received was half hearted and they didn't even have enough clean equipment to finish mine, I could hear them talking about how they only had broken tools left. ALSO, they will charge you $15 just to email you your x rays.

Dr.skinner was so nice and professional. I went in for a cleaning and was out in 25min and my teeth felt so clean afterwards as well I will be coming back for another cleaning.

This is honestly the worst customer service I've encountered. Smile Comfort scheduled a dentist appointment for me on the 4th of July-why they would schedule it on a holiday I'm not quite sure- then called to reschedule the Friday afternoon of the week before because they're closed that day. They weren't open by the time I tried to call them back and were closed over the weekend so I had to wait until Monday to reschedule. They were able to move it to today, Friday the 5th, however the address they have posted on their shoddy website is completely different from their actual address. They never answer their phones when I've tried to call them to attempt to be seen today because of the confusion brought about on their end. Overall, their lack of professionalism, inability to provide accurate information and reluctance to communicate with their patients should entitle them to zero stars, unfortunately you must leave one to leave a review. DON'T GO HERE.
