I came in for a cleaning, and the dentist told me that I needed a filling. She didn't tell me that it was a deep filling. So, she filled my tooth and it hurt extremely bad for about two months. Way longer than I have ever experienced for a filing. The pain is worse than when I had my wisdom tooth removed. I have been having pain off and on in this tooth ever since. And this was last year.! The worst dental experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and don't get dental care at this place.

If I can give 3 half stars I would its not bad place its just need to more relaxed for people like me that are scared of dentist offices and be more Empathetic On how people feel. I had 2 extractions and the pain medication that was give was really bad one of tooth was a wisdom tooth that broke and she a to dig it out the second one was hard to get out she Literally Was lifting me out of my chair that she hurts And all I get for pain is ibuprofen I don't understand that And all this happened may 30th of this year not fan is a bad office but just need to be a little bit tweaking What I go back yes We're just not with that same person

Very, very kind staff. However, I've never been to a place where the dentist was also the hygienist. It would have been okay if she was any good at it, but my cleaning took less than five minutes. I wonder how much my insurance will get charged the dentist was very clumsy. I felt like I got a shower with my cleaning. Needless to say, I'll never return to this office.

I would love to say my first visit at smile City family dentist was exceptional the minute that I walked in the door they were very caring very professional and made you really feel comfortable my dentist the doctor made full upper dentures they were superb and a perfect fit I would recommend anyone to go to this dental office they are the best the doctor takes her time with you explains everything she is the best and this is the best dental office in Sharon Hill patient Nancy Kingsley you have 10 stars from me you are the best

Dr. Khudir and her staff treat their patients with such care. I recently had my teeth cleaned and she took her time cleaning it professionally and now my teeth are squeaky clean. She also corrected my filling from another dentist work. Now I have no issues with my teeth. She only does what is needed and don't go beyond. She is there for the patients and not for the money. I appreciate her and her wonderful staff. Thank you for a comfortable and positive dental experience.

I love this place , I never had a problem until today. I'm not sure why they would schedule me for an appointment on a Saturday , then not be open ? Just wasted my time

If I could give this place NO stars I would. The staff was extremely unfriendly and incompetent. They have horrible service for children. My grandbaby was there to get her tooth pulled and they were very condescending. The ignorant dentist told her.. 'you're just getting a tooth pulled it's not the end of the world'. She did not attempt to make her feel at ease and I don't believe she even tried to numb the area before she pulled it.. it was a horrible horrible experience for my baby and she will probably be scarred for quite some time regarding dental appointments.. NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS PLACE!!!!! the location is the one on Chester Pike in Sharon Hill

Again, I don't want to have my cool dental office bombarded, but this is the best kept secret ever. I'm not exaggerating. To get a cavity filled pain free is grand enough, but in 15 minutes!!! The staff are friendly and very patient and professional. I saw them de-escalate a situation with a combative client...in a short amount of time they reassured him and he changed his tone. I know lots of ppl have had bad dental experiences. I've been a patient here for more than a year. I absolutely recommend them and rate them 5 out of 5 stars. Thank YOU smileCity! Kw

Amazing staff and absolutely wonderful and amazing time. The doctor was wonderfully trained and she calmed my daughter through her whole procedure. Words can't express how wonderful my time was here I definitely recommend. The doctor appeals to all ages. I will definitely revisit! Also heard they got teeth whitening so exiting!!!

I want for cleaning to this location and the lady didn't do no good job i will never go back there never again bad experience ever in my life they set me appointment which I will never attend all she did was clean for 2 seconds and hurt my teeth talking about please done move if it hurt just put your hands up like really she was in a hurry not even professional if I have really ready these kind of reviews I was not going to even make a point of going there
