Treatment is great once seen by the dentist. However, lately, trying to schedule an appointment is insane. Appointments are scheduled months out from last seen. There was also an unusually long wait on last visit.

I took my children to this office today and a different dentist took care of us. It was horrible my daughter had a panic attack and started screaming she is 5. At the end I made the comment of " I bet she doesn't want to see u again" and the dentist reply " the feeling is mutual" she literally compare her feelings to a 5 year old kid. Felt very uncomfortable. A professional dentist would have reply very differently like "oh she'll forget about it" or "she'll grow out of it. But no she was a very unprofessional thing to say about a 5 year old. She was bother by her crying and screaming. I am definitively changing de tus cuz she said it she does not want to see my daughter again . I had an emergency and they gave me an appointment right away. I was just there 3 months ago and Dr. Grunstein who is great.

Updating my review, thank you to the manager for calling me & understanding. However I feel staff should get customer service training. But thank you for reaching out. I usually don't have any issues, but unfortunately I will give a one star today. Claudia should be nicer and treat parents in a courteous way. No need for attitude on the phone, when questions are asked. I mean this is the dentist office, I was just looking for an appointment for my child, a patient for many years. Please re-educate staff on customer service, maybe she was having a bad day, 2 days already.

I had an emergency and they gave me an appointment right away. I was just there today and Dr. Grunstein took care of son in the best way. 4 teeth were taken out and my son did not have a bad experience. In fact he came out excited. Great Doctor ..!!! Thank you.!!!

I don't even know where to begin. From checking in, to getting greeted on the way in, to the cleaning procedures, to being seen by the dentist. Every interaction has always been an outstanding one. I have been taking my daughter to this dentist for a few years now, and she has enjoyed every visit. Except for one when she had a tooth pulled out, but come on can you blame her who would like that. We have even made special visits just to say hello because we happened to be in the area. My daughter will tell me can we go say hi to the dentist, she's my friend! Which will always melt my heart. She's even made drawings for her friend. I hope that everyone takes the time to see what we see. They are truly an amazing staff, and I appreciate each and everyone of them for all that do!

Terrible experience. Don't waste your time and money going here. The last time Dr. Grunstein saw my daughter he barely saw us for 5 minutes and ordered a list of treatments she did not need. I regret bringing my daughter here.

If you have child with autism please dont go here, overall is good but they need better understanding on how to deal with kids with disabilities like my son

Everyone is really nice. I like that they give the kids a coin at the end of their visit for them to pick something from the vending machine. The wait time could be better.

After going there for my daughter for 3 years i went to another dentist today. She told me that a lot of her filling were unnecessary... as they were so small... i am feeling bad now to have my daughter suffering just because they wanted more money from us. That is very disappointing and will never go again.

I would give NO star if I could. I've been bringing my kids here for years. They were only great at the first visit several years ago. But now, it's truly HORRIBLE. Every time I make 6month appt, they call me a day before to tell me that they can't keep it. SO MANY REASONS FOR CANCELING ON PATIENTS!!! I mean EVERY TIME!!!! My appt were made 6month in advance! Come on!!! The staff is rude and don't care at all. They are full of attitude. Im now waiting for over an hour here. This will be our last time here. Waste of time and money.
