Worst experience ever, I made appointment for Monday at 10:30 when I show up the lady in front the Desk she said she was the supervisor and she's the one who made my appointment but when I show up she says the appointment was for Tuesday at 10:30 and I end up showing up on Tuesday I told them I have a pacemaker before I show up and they didn't said anything it was fine can I show up and they took me inside they took the x-ray I waited for one hour before they saw me and the dentist did send the office manager to tell me that he cannot see me because I have a pacemaker After an hour but of course they charge the x-ray to my insurance I don't recommend this place because from the office manager to the dentist are the worst ones

Worst customer service by Ariel I can not imagine someone putting this lady in charge of an office! Super rude, never let me talk I had a regular check-up and cleaning and I had to do a root canal they submitted my insurance and told me it was ok to come back in and do the root canal, they told me it was infected and I needed antibiotics this is back in July a day before the root canal they call me to cancel as my insurance denied the claim but that I could pay out of pocket! This is wrong! They should have never started if it wasn't approved since the beginning is now almost October and I have been calling to check on the status and nothing! I call my insurance and they haven't received anything I try to make a 3-way call and the dentist's office needs to answer my insurance Horrible service Stay away They just want the money they don't care about your pain. Just an update: they called me about the review, so it seems that that is the only way to get the owner to pay attention to customers The job was not finished and is sad your manager Ariel speaks for you and treats your customers bad I changed doctors and will never go back but just to let you know your office should know that they should get the authorization before starting a job and then ask for payment when your staff does not ask correctly for the authorization that's called fraud! And taking advantage of people Be careful! Make sure to get all your specials before entering this place

Horrible experience here! The "lady in charge" who was at the front desk today (VALENTINES DAY), gave me horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not even held responsible for her words, actions, or energy that she gave out to me. She did not take accountability for herself. I was ON TIME & EARLY (30 mins) to my 1st ever dentist appointment with them, after going through my verification check! I was RUSHED, GAVE AXIETY, & WAS SPOKEN TO without excelled customer service! I complained to HER FACE, & she deflected from the complaint and did not want to take responsibility for herself. CUSTOMER'S HERE are mistreated! I then told her I'll complain to my medical, and I'll write a review of my experience! She said "ok go ahead" she also said some other MEAN things while on the clock! This place is all about taking your money! Not about your experience! They will receive my medical complaint in the mail and further action will have to be taken. I told a customer walking in what happened! Do not go here! Bad energy! Do not trust VANESSA either! She will be nice to you over the phone but when I called to complain, she listened then handed the phone to the "Lady in charge" and the lady was once again, mean over the phone tryin to dominate! Instead should be showing how sorry they are for their adult behavior on VALENTINES DAY! She asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment, why when I'm 30 mins early! Smh! Bad business and it's not in a good neighborhood! Explains all the reasoning I need! I am going to a dentist in the 90815 area code! Where I grew up!

This place is great! Dr. Nik is seriously the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone. The office staff is honestly so kind and not judgmental at all. My entire family goes here now and it was the best decision ever!

Love this place I have a fear of going to the dentist but this one made me feel comfortable the doctor was great , didn't feel any pain and he was very polite and funny to ease my nerves. Maria helped me with everything and there wasn't much of a wait time really fast ! Overall satisfied with my experience here.

Had such a great experience, I'm the type that scared to go to the dentist because of previous bad experiences but, I felt very comfortable from the moment I entered the facility. The staff was friendly and my Dentist Ebi Nikjo was extremely gentle during my teeth cleaning. Highly recommend anyone that has that fear or bad experience to go check him out.

Don't trust this place with personal information!! Due to character constraints I will try to summarize. I went here due to a toothache. I was having issues with my insurance so I went here. FYI: The office is still in the same building (Family Dentistry) , but under a different owner and different name (Smile Center -Long Beach). 9/21/2019 - I receive a notification from Credit Karma informing me that a new account was added to my credit. I was baffled because I haven't signed any documents. I haven't opened any accounts. I checked to see what the new account was, and it showed up as care credit. I NEVER signed any documentation; I have no information on the interest rate or anything. I immediately went to Smile Care Long Beach to discuss the situation with an office manager, but they were closed at 2:00 pm today. I will follow up on Monday morning. The dentist is great! Dr. Flores is awesome, but the staff is conducting deceitful practices. I believe that Maria knew what the coverage would be but wanted me to finance so they could get paid right away. I am very disheartened by this situation. This not only affected my credit, but I was affected me emotionally. I don't recommend this office. If you made it this far, you're the true M.V.P. Thank you for your time. Update: I disputed the open line of credit and Transunion/Equifax ruled in my favor. The account was removed from my credit report, and the account was closed with Care Credit.

Clean and friendly, but I was not pleased neither do I understand why they do not install porcelain caps, especially when state insurance covers caps. Instead I was told the dentist only uses a more expensive cap (I do not recall name) that runs $900 each and I was given a total price of $6,000. I am retired and live from check to check by the grace of God. Also, I called to confirm the information I stated above. I was told office staff was out and office manager would give me a call. Either way it has been more than 5 weeks and no call. I am very disappointed. I'm sure there are not many people in this area with that kind of money. I advise you to pray before making any decisions in this facility.

That is a excellent dentist office they are clean and professional the dentist is really nice and the reception is really nice and the assistants are really nice! I went there like about five times and it was very pleasant! They're kind and pleasant and easy to get along with the dentist and I understand and they're caring very professional! Anyone who wants to come here I said just this office you will like it I know I did! Like I said clean friendly atmosphere! Pleasant dentist for children and adults I'm happy even though I've been going here for a few months! I highly recommend it! If you're looking for a dentist this is a place to go!
