Dr. Battle is a crook! She took my desperation and used it against me. I was desperate to find someone to do my 8 year olds root canal with sedation. She quotes me 4000$ for the procedure under general anesthesia. She gave me valium and verset to give my daughter for the 4 appointment she made us come to which obviously is not general anesthesia not to mention I found out later from a real doctor they don't give verset to kids because it doesn't work. When I asked for a partial refund since she did not use the general anesthesia she said she would use she said no refund because she had to pay for a room at the hospital and pay her staff and I found out she charged my insurance and kept that money too!!! Now 4 months later I found out she did the root canal and never sealed it so bacteria has gotten in the hole and I have to pay for a whole new root canal!!! Stay away from this place she is a crook who plays games with people!

The staff was friendly, the location was nice and clean, and my appointment that was routine and used dental insurance went very nicely - definitely recommend if you have dental insurance. However, the experience with a Groupon was entirely different. I bought the Groupon deal of $45 for an x-ray, exam, and cleaning for my boyfriend (has bad anxiety plus a fear of dentists) because dental hygiene is important to me and I thought we could take a trip to Huntsville for a day out and get his teeth looked at for the first time in who knows how long. They only accept the Groupon appointments on Thursdays, which was hard to work around, but we were able to make it work and they even worked with us on the day. Everything was fine and great for my appointment, which was first (my insurance had the expected $20 copay). He came in second - I was not able to be in the same area due to Covid regulations. He was surprised when they charged him a $20 copay before going back (we had made it known multiple times that he was using a Groupon and this was never a warning given to us). He didn't know better so paid it and went back for his appointment. I found out about the charge so asked them to refund his card and charge mine instead as I would not make him pay for something I had him do (telling them many times that I never expected an extra charge on top of the Groupon thinking they might have thought we shared insurance - no one said anything). They charged my card and told me that if we didn't get payment back on his card within a week to call them and let them know. *we got it worked out this week - again, the staff is always nice* Paying $65 instead of $45 for the service could have been ignored if he had gotten the services included in what I paid for. After the x-ray and exam, they discovered he needed a deep cleaning (which costs a total of ~$445). Obviously, he needed other dental work so between the consultation room (them trying to figure out a way to work with an estimated $10k worth of dental needs) and dental rooms we spent slightly OVER 2 hours for his appointment alone. Overall, since he needed a deep cleaning and we couldn't afford it that day, they did not do a cleaning at all, which means we paid an extra $20 ON TOP of a paid Groupon to NOT get all the services included in the deal. Now, that was terribly coupled with them telling all the dental issues to my anxiety-riddled boyfriend (that I warned of his anxiety and fear so they allowed me in the room during his exam) so that he is now anxious about needing to have the work done instead of just telling me the problems to let him know in a less anxiety-inducing manner. Even inclduing attempting to calm my boyfriend down, the worst part of it all was that NO ONE ever explained to us WHY we had to pay an extra $20 for his appointment no matter how many times it was mentioned or questioned. Don't buy the Groupon unless you know for sure that you will not need extra work or deep cleaning and are prepared to pay an unexplained $20 extra when you get there. In response to the reply given: Not a single person in the office told us what the $20 charge was for. He was told when he came inside that there is a $20 copay before he could go back. Nothing else. He wasn't told what it was for nor that he could opt out of it. We had already paid for the Groupon. The exam and x-ray had been done prior to finding out that he would need a deep cleaning that I understand could not have been done nor afforded that day. Again, leaving without one of the services included would not have been such a big deal if we had been told prior why we had to pay another $20. If it were listed anywhere or if we were going to other dentists then we might have known of this "Covid fee." If $20 weren't such a big issue for us, we wouldn't have been using a Groupon to ease him back into dental work. Lastly, I realize first appointments can take some time. The only problem with the two hour wait time was that the majority of it was spent within a consultation room (which we were moved in and out of).

Nice lady! Terrible booking. They love to reschedule your appointment & they will not call you to reschedule until you're already in their parking lot.. last minute rescheduling very unsatisfied. Ive only made it into the office 1 time & she didn't clean my teeth, more like a consultation & X-rays.. I've scheduled for a cleaning 4 times & all have been rescheduled. If you're in need of a dentist I wouldn't recommend. They're not going to get you in, expect to be rescheduled multiple times

Came for a dental cleaning through a Groupon purchase. Teeth were not scraped to remove dental buildup as is standard with a professional cleaning. (This is not noted on the Groupon and perhaps should be for customer awareness). Same for my husband who got this Groupon. Decent customer service overall. But would not go back nor reccomend to others.

COVID WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE. Where to start? The first time I booked an appointment here, they messed up taking my phone number (despite having caller id) and so I took off the afternoon from work only to show up at the office to be told the dentist was in surgery and wouldn't actually be able to see me that day. They then told me I couldn't get another appointment until at least 3 weeks from then. Not ideal but figured I'd give them another chance. Fast forward to the next visit. I filled out paperwork in advance of the appointment so showed up 10 minutes early and figured I'd be all set. I fill out a covid symptom check (make sure you have a smartphone because that's an assumption it appears they have that you can fill out these forms on the go). 30 minutes roll by and I call in to see how much longer I'll be waiting. I'm told it'll only be another minute and 15 minutes later waiting in my car I'm finally told they're ready. Is this a southern thing to flat out lie on timing? Finally get the call to come in and the women at the desk is not even wearing her mask correctly at all and then had the audacity to tell me there will be a $20 upcharge for covid which nowhere had this been mentioned before. I did not feel safe in this place knowing the necessary precautions were certainly not taken. I apologize to the dentist that I never actually got to meet you but retrain your staff or get some new people if you want to have a reputable business at the end of this pandemic.

I started coming here because my dad came here before he passed away. And the service is amazing. Ambiance is calm and relaxed and they are very easy to get in touch with. Also Kim is amazing and sweet. The X-ray machine has been acting funny since I came in but she's kept me updated and at peace during my entire visit. Would definitely recommend !
