Horrible Dental office. The wait time is out of this world. You are being seen atleast an hour after appointment time. Then they sit you in the back and have you waiting another hour. They claim it's only one dentist. Fine. Why overbook. Why have patients just sitting waiting. I try to be as respectful and patient as I can but I really feel like if this office was in another community the wait time Would be different.

Horrible experience. Had a scheduled appointment to which I wasn't seen at all. Had to ask about when I was going to be seen after an hour after my scheduled appointment, was told they would be taking me back soon. When I was finally taken back and still wasn't seen by the dentist. Asked the dental assistant with the eyebrow piercing where and how long it would be until I would be seen and she rudely told me she didn't know how long it would take for the "dentist" to come and that he was in the back. Never came back and after 20 more minutes after being seated for about 30 minutes, I couldn't wait all day; had other things to do. When I went to tell the front desk, she tried to locate the manager which was nowhere to be found. I'm Suppose to be a new patient and if they treat their new patients like this I would steer very clear from this place. Oh and to top it off while waiting I seen many things that weren't up to regulations, like the receptionist calling patients on speakerphone to confirm appointments and dental assistants touching their hair and clothing and not changing their gloves. I witnessed all these horrible activities while waiting over an hour past my scheduled time that I had to leave my job for. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

They never answer the phone or call you back the lady told me she put me on hold and I've been on hold ever since .

I brought my mother, who was afraid of going to the dentist because of previous bad experience, resulting in long neglected dental work. The attention and professional treatment she received made her day. The front desk personnel were friendly and the paperwork process was fast. After a short wait the nurse who took x-rays was very nice and professional. Dr. Esma was very careful and spent a long time with us explaining the details of the proposed treatment. Highly recommend this office.

I did not want to write this review because finding a good dentist is hard in DC, while finding an excellent dentist is almost impossible. I do not want to lose this talented doctor. So I did not want to let out SE DC's best kept secret. I have been a patient of Dr. Patel's for about two years. He has done some complicated dental work with a great supporting staff/team. My advice: be polite, respectful and recognized these guys do a lot of hard work behind the scenes with paperwork and Dr. Patel's planning to solve our dental problem.

I really like that this dentist is good about trying to keep the costs down and doesn't encourage you to get unnecessary procedures. HOWEVER...plan on being here all day even with an appointment. I don't understand what the point is of scheduling an appointment if it doesn't get honored.

Great customer service from the minute i walked in til i left out the door. Front desk was very helpful The doctors are super sweet !! the dental assistants were very nice and helpful throughout my procedure.

Love this office !!! So professional and make you feel so comfortable from the minute you walk in the door til you get seated. Staff is very knowledgeable and caring I highly recommend

I had an emergency. Woke up with a terrible tooth ache. The office is clean and organized. Doctor Patel was professional and did very gentle extraction. I am happy!

Although there is usually a wait.... It is not that bad. The staff at the front desk are professional, friendly and thoroughly. The back office staff, XRay tech, dental assistants and Dentist know what they are doing and they work with a definitive flow. Good group. I appreciate them very much.

I walked in to schedule an appointment and was told I can't make an appointment, they only take walk-ins here. I told the girl at the front desk, I work so I can't just sit here all day waiting to be squeezed in. She told me well I don't know what to tell you, we don't make appointments. I looked at her and just walked out. It makes no sense to me, how are you a dental office that doesn't make appointments. That is completely wrong information, but it kept me from coming back for over a year. Front desk needs to be replaced.
