I have been seeing Dr. Bauer and I have not had any bad experience with him . He is very nice, knowledgeable and he makes the visit at ease. The office does seem unorganized, but I learned it is not the office, it's the call center. I have the direct number to the office and I call directly verses calling the call center. I also make my appointments as soon as they open so I can be in and out. I have not waited long times to be seen. The black lady (i forgot her name) that sit at the front desk is very helpful and nice as well.

I'd rather go to any other dentist without using insurance and just out of pocket pay. Don't expect to be seen your appointment time... and expect to sit in the waiting room for a long time. Even if you have booked the first appointment of the day. No apologies, awful customer service, and waste of time. After 2 hours they tried to charge me $500 for a cleaning. I walked out and the front desk girl was the most rude person I've ever encountered. She was chasing me down the hall telling me I had to sign papers after 2 hours of time wasted there. I have never been in a more unprofessional environment. They literally chased me out the door yelling at me about signing papers when they did NK work on me. Absolutely disgusted that this business is even able to operate.

Highly disorganized!! And rude! They have changed the company about 3 times already and cant seem to be keeping track of anything! They canceled my appointment without me knowing once, and when i went to the appointment she said the doctor is not here! Btw this scenario happened twice already! I don't recommend at all.

Very pleasant experience start to finish! The dentist and assistant were kind and understanding and thorough. Made me feel very comfortable and were great about answering questions. Joe the office manager was absolutely amazing and did an awesome job from the time I walked in until I walked out. Thank you to everyone there!

Absolutely incredible attitude! I was treated with kindness and respect. This is so important when trying to decide what to do with a tooth that until I went to Brident, had cost me $3,500 trying to save.. The people at Brident took literally 10 minutes and fortified my crown. I had gotten a root canal and had to have my crown drilled into by an endodontist. I was looking at having to go back to Peak Dental on Parmer lane to have my crown repaired, which would have been hundreds of dollars. Peak Dental actually cracked my tooth while doing a filling, it was never admitted to but my dentist's reaction the second it happened was pretty obvious. Then she immediately became rude and defensive, even though I said nothing.. Bizarre.. Peak Dental on Parmer Lane then put me on a journey that would cost me $500 for a temporary crown, $1000 for a permanent crown, then $2000 for a root canal after the crown had been put in. Then I hear from the endontontist that after all this, my tooth may not even last a year.. Peak Dental could have just told me I needed the tooth extracted and an implant from the very beginning, but its obvious they felt it necessary to try to bleed all the money out of me they possibly could.. If you want to be ripped off, lied to, and have substandard work done, Then head on over to Peak Dental on Parmer Lane...If you are unfortunate enough to make the same mistake I did, I implore you to pay Brident Dental in Roundrock a visit..
