This office has repeatedly done fraudulent things. I went back in 2013 and they removed healthy teeth just for the sake of upcharging my insurance. I was over medicated and had 3 surgeries that took 6 months to complete because of complications ultimately leaving me with only 5 teeth. Years later, new staff recently moved to the neighborhood and decided to give them a second chance. Big mistake, after 5 visits with my son I get told by a specialist that they have actually messed his teeth up and if I had not gotten a second opinion so soon, he would have lost teeth as well.

Yep they racist, poor service poorer attitude. They've messed up a lot of my work and refused to fix it when I asked for a follow-up visit due to pain. Also they switch languages to speak negatively about customers behind their backs. Completely disrespectful

I'll never come back here again, I actually didn't even know I made an appointment at this location, I found out that I made it at that location once I went to the location I was supposed to go to. That was the worst mistake I could've ever made. I wouldn't tell a opp to go to this dentist.

DONT GO HERE !!!This office is horrible they are simply money hungry especially if you have Medicaid ! They don't care much about the patient. The office manager is completely horrible at caring about the patients needs !! I would suggest not going here if you need intensive work to be done because they have no empathy and their service is horrible not to mention the long waits although there's and appointment time they give once I waited over 2hours to have gotten in the back and the dentist was on social media checking her messages on Facebook I DONT RECOMMEND Edit: if u take a quick look at the response this office left on my review u can see how condescending they are when they say their primary goal is to provide the patient the best dental care but in the same sentence brag about how they call police and remove patients from their practice because a patient spoke up about their unprofessional service !!! If u have any issue with these people they won't listen and call u combative for addressing the problem ! Make it make sense they don't accommodate patients they actually avoid patients by removing them and insisting they are the issue for addressing the problem! I never looked at reviews but to see there are so many reviews where patients had the same experience as myself it shows this office is horrible at actually providing the best dental care as they suggest they do !!!!

I came in today for an appointment at 10am and the staff was very welcoming, they are on top of the Covid guidelines, my first visit wasn't bad at all, would recommend this place to others!

I went here because I was referred by a patient that had no teeth, on medicaid had started the process of getting implants. When I arrived the staff was very very nice and helpful but when I asked the dentist about implants I was told I couldn't get them because I would have to get to many. How many more would I need than the patient that had no teeth at all? I was also told that they wanted to extract the teeth I had left in my mouth and I would have to wait 2/3 months to get replacement. I asked, so I have to walk around like that for about 3 months and was told yes. There are to many dentist now a days that give replacements the same day. Who does this in this day and time? I had to go somewhere else, borrow money to pay for replacement teeth from another facility so I can have replacement the same day my teeth are extracted. I was really confused when I was told that I could get replacement teeth the same day when my upper teeth were extracted but I have to wait 2/3 months for lower replacements. That makes no sense to me. I don't understand what's available for one patient isn't available for another patient. Never the less I will have my extractions done here but I'm upset that I wasn't given any other options and that I had to pay some place else to get replacements. I'll update after my extractions.

I absolutely love this place!!! Alejandra is the sweetest person! She is such a nice person and very professional! The whole staff is amazing! The work they've done for my teeth is incredible! Im super happy to be a part of this dental family

My experience at this dental smiles center. Dr. Arora is the BEST!. He performed a root canal on me and I didn't Feel a thing. I'm still amazed by how fast it was as well. I will be coming back and I will recommend doctor Arora to everyone. :)
