I have been a patient with Dr Pilat for 30+ years and just want to say kudos to him and his staff for making me so comfortable during my dental treatment. The staff are so professional. They go over and above making an uncomfortable experience great!!

If I could give zero stars I would....the most unprofessional and rude experience I've ever had with anyone in my entire life...give that customer service experience 2 thumbs down and if I could grow extra thumbs they'd be pointed at the earth as well.

I have been a patient at the Smile Center for 21 years. It's very nice to come back year after year and see the same friendly staff. Doctor P i l a t and his staff are wonderful. As I have had much work done I always feel comfortable and then I'm the only one in the place. Thanks to all of you and your great work!

Ok, the staff are fine and very embarrassed for the doctor. He just kicked my wife and child out because my child was scared. She's 8. He was not patient any time we went there. This was the last straw. Any doctor that has to go slam a door and yell at people in his office should not be employed in a field that requires a bedside manor. I will find any way possible to have him retire. I'm calling lawyers.

I will never take my children back to this place. Dr pilot is super unprofessional. My eight year old was there for a filling and he got so impatient with us that he screamed and told me how Unbrave my child was, slammed doors and was cussing in front of me and my child. Told me to get out. I left and will never take my child back. The poor ladies that have to work with him are amazing and they are the only reason I give it one star but he verbally abused me and my child, I will be contacting a lawyer.

Dr Pilot is very gental and has genuine concern for your health and comfort. We have been going to see him for over 10 years. The hygienist are great too.

Wonderful experience. This staff and Dr here have been amazing. They really make sure you are comfortable before they start working. They are quick and efficient and were able to get me in quickly.
