It would have been nice to know before you scheduled my "appointment" that you weren't accepting new "Gateway" patients. Thanks for nothing would give zero starts if I could. Horrible.

The staff is great with handling kids. My son had a routine visit and cleaning and the person who cleaned his teeth was very interactive and friendly with him. Dr Rashi is always great too. We've had challenging experiences at other kids dentists but I'd say this is one of the best in the area for kids.

If I could leave a negative stars rating I would. Today I drove out here from Manheim and was told I can't be seen because I had my daughter with me. This was never told to me before hand. I had to reschedule my first appointment due to having covid and now they are telling me I can only be seen if I call the same day and they might have a cancelation. Being penalized for their Incompetency and was rude on the phone. Never again

This office is the worse place ever to go to I would highly recommend looking else where to be seen. They are very dishonest about how much work your teeth actually need they did a filling last year that they did not do right and it still scratches my tongue when I chew . Also the lady told me I missed 9 appointments and I couldn't be seen anymore which was once again another lie because just today they told me it was 7 not 9 . Also they don't take patients that are related to you because of the missed appointments they claim I had the staff is just so rude. Save yourself misery and look elsewhere

These people are the absolute most rude, unorganized "office staff" ever! Let me start by saying, I've been coming to this office for years. I called and made my children appointments for teeth pain and they scheduled them like a month out! I continued to look around for other dentists who could possibly get them in sooner and ended up finding one. I called and canceled the appointments here at smile care group, explaining I found an office to see them sooner and they got so upset that they basically kicked my whole family out of the practice! I've been going there since I was like 7...I am now 30. If you are looking for a long term office, this is NOT IT! I highly suggest you keep looking unless your teeth are literally falling out! And even then, you'll have to be gumming around for a month until they can squeeze you in!

The best dentist I've ever been too! They care and take him to talk to you. I've since moved and still drive the 45 minutes twice a year to see them. Wouldn't go anywhere else. 10/10.

I absolutely love this office! Me and my family have been going here our whole life! The staff are very nice and friendly. The service here is great and they always meet my needs. I would HIGHLY recommend going to this office! We need more dentists like Dr.Rashi!

My wife saw Dr Rashi for an emergency appointment. The lady who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was professional and courteous, and Dr Rashi went above the call of duty to help my wife. Very grateful for everyone's kindness at this office - highly recommended!

I had a great experience this morning at my appointment. I was seen for a routine cleaning and exam.The staff were courteous and efficient! Theresa, the hygienist, has excellent chairside manners! :-) I would definitely recommend Dr. Rashi and her staff to meet your dental needs! and YVETTE IS AMAZING!
