This place is wonderful. Dr. Patel is great at what he does. He knows what the problem is with my son and helps me to maintain it. He shows me where the problem is and how to keep it clean. He's very professional and patient. Rachel the receptionist is very nice. She's patient with me switching and changing appointments. She is so sweet and is a pleasure to talk with. She's always in a happy mood and has a smile on her face. The staff at Smile care are very nice and very professional. They greet you when you come in and always smile. They take your temp and follow all COVID protocols. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have to write a review for Smile Care. About 5 years ago I felt a pain in my teeth. I ignored it and surprise, it kept getting worse. I finally got the money together when the pain became unbearable and turns out there was an infection problem. They were really nice about it through the whole process. He had pulled two teeth previously and to stop this pain he pulled two more (one was an abomination). I would cry at work and cry at home and occasionally pass out due to this pain, but hey, they fixed it. For the first time in a long time I'm free from that. I realize I probably should have kept up with my teeth but I'm sure grateful for the care and patience they have. He explains everything really well and the whole staff is extremely good at what they do. When I called crying between extractions they didn't make me feel bad. I explained my hesitation for strong pain pills and we came up with a good plan until both teeth were done. I would highly recommend Smile Care, I'm so relieved and I would say it is well worth ut.

I have been coming to smile care dental for the past 10/ 11 years and I cannot thank both doctors enough for their incredible professionalism as well as their knowledge.Now that we have kids, they enjoy going to the dentist and are not afraid or fearful of going.

This place feels like a malpractice. 4 years ago, my friend (18 years old at the time) went here because she felt as though she needed wisdom teeth out, as many people that age do. Her request was denied by Dr. Dilip Patel. Yesterday (4 years later), she came in with an infected wisdom tooth. She requested to get it out immediately. Dr. Dilip accepted but only gave her a numbing agent throughout the whole process, leaving her to feel every single thing he was doing to her mouth. He did NOT regularly check in on her to see how she was feeling and didn't offer anything stronger than simply numbing her gums, even though it was very clear the pain she was in. While he was working in her mouth, he decided to tell her in that moment that he couldn't get the tooth out. This caused her to have a panic attack because of the amounts of pain she was feeling, as well as the fact that he was not believing her pain. After all of that, he only prescribed her Ibuprofen 600 as well as an antibiotic to relieve her discomfort. I am extremely disappointed.

Dr. D. Patel and his staff are always so nice and helpful!! I used to hate going to the dentist but not anymore!! I drive an hour just to see them. I recommend this dental practice to all of my friends when they are talking about needing a new dentist! If you were ever scared of the dentist but need one these are the dentists for you!! Dr. Dilip is also my son's orthodontist and again nothing but a wonderful experience! I just can't say enough good things!!

The Drs Patel have been tending to my families dental needs for many years. They are very personable and their chair side manner is very comforting. The staff is very friendly and works to accommodate our needs. They will not force treatment on you, and try to solve issues with the least invasive and painful ways. I highly recommend the office for the entire family!!

My husband, son and I have been patients of Dr. Dilip Patel since 2005 and we think he is great. He is pleasant and personable, but always professional, thorough and efficient. In addition, I never am afraid or worry about going to dentist.

I would recommend Smile Care Dental 100%. I had a bad tooth that needed to be pulled and they took great care to make sure I was comfortable. I have trouble sitting in the dentist chair but Dr. Patel took his time with me and explained everything in detail. Everyone on the staff were very friendly and helpful. Looks like I've found a new dentist and look forward to a great smile Thanks again guys Job well done!!!

My kids and I are their patients for years and we can't be happier. Both doctors are excellent! They listen to you carefully, they explain everything in detail, they are gentle with both adults and kids, and they are not the types who force their patients into an unnecessary treatments. I had a cavity very close to the tooth pulp and was very anxious about root canal treatment, but Dr. V. Patel drilled the cavity off so gently, finishing its cleaning by handtool, that she managed to save the tooth from having the root canal treatment done. Instead, she put the filling in there and I can't be happier to report that I had no issue with the tooth for 3 plus years.
